I agree that ATWT's November Sweeps are like the stories from a couple of years ago. And not only the stories mentioned in the podcast. Lucinda's cancer is coming back and so is Luke's self-destructive behavior.

But... I'm looking forward to these two because Liz Hubbard is always great and Luke has been written like a saint since he came out so I'm glad we get to see his darker side again (Is he going to drink again?). Noah never saw this side of Luke so I think this could be interesting. And maybe they saved the sex for November Sweeps? Yeah... I know. Who am I kidding? LOL

There's also supposed to be a secret about Brian to be revealed.

Every single Sweeps this year has been dull and boring why should this one be any different?

I don't really hate Eden as much as you guys do, and i don't know this for sure but I didn't think she was THIS horrible on Nick's Zoey 101, maybe YR tried to teach her how to act and it screwed her up?

Jamie, you said you were sure you pissed someone off somewhere, yea you say some things i mite disagree with but I understand your POV on things and i just deal ((+ I end up LOLing every single time you are on so i would take a disagreement for all the enjoyment you bring ))

Anyways DAYS is so horrible right now, ATWT i am enjoying, BB it could be good, YR is a hit, GL is well.......

I am really looking forward to AMC/OLTL sweeps here in the states, and then what Eastenders has planned for November, along with Hollyoaks ((YAY Late night episodes return!)). Home and Away is sure to be good and Neighbours should be as well.

Great podcast. I so enjoyed the takes you had on the other soaps. I laughed so hard, I was in tears. I don't watch any CBS soaps except for Y&R. Can't wait for the ABC Sweeps podcasts, I'm sure it will be just as entertaining as this one.

This was great. I only watch one and a half of the shows on this podcast ATWT AND GL being the half) but this was hilarious. I agree with Jamey though, I have only been watching ATWT for three months and for the first three days I thought Paul and Meg were main characters until they finally showed Jack and Carly and they are now my favorite characters. Paul and Meg where painful from the start and as a new viewer if I can see it then they need to do something. Plus as a side note, when watching them I can only see Roger's Todd from OLTL and Marie's Karen from PC. So it doesn't help.

If I did'nt know that Nov. was sweeps . . . I would'nt know it! GL?! where in the world was the "sweeps" it has disappeared! I'am sorry it was a bust!!!!!!!!!
