Friday's have officially become slow spoiler days. So it looks like Luke was right, Friday's are Q & A Day! Ask away...I will answer what I can.
The big question is who finds Jake and when will the little boy be back home where he belongs? NO IDEA. It's really not clear. Some say it lasts only a few days while others say Jake's still missing mid-December. Here's my question... when did kidnapped babies and children being shot in the head become good soap?
I know the Spoiler blogs have had plenty of commentary from good old me lately but hey, I've been writing this blog long enough, I think I've earned my soap box. Plus, like I said, it's a slow day. Bring back the LOVE IN THE AFTERNOON and tone down the violence. I will never suggest getting rid of the mob all together. Most of my favorite General Hospital moments are mob driven. But they are moments. Not months and months of never ending mob crap with my only dose of love in the afternoon being limited to Scrubs' ridiculous bickering and Nikadine's comedy of errors.
Olivia... I like her, my roomie, not so much. More time with Carly. More scenes with Elizabeth. More of her hiding her secret.
Kate... Anyone catch the death anvils yesterday? There were RUMORS that Kate Howard MAY be dying. So far, nothing concrete to validate that RUMOR but they have been out there.
Lulu... I dropped in the comments yesterday that Lulu MAY wind up pregnant. There are RUMORS of her having news for Johnny and fainting in front of Maxie. I liked Lulu yesterday, which is rare for me.
Johnny... Walks away from the Z's. Hates that Claudia is the latest Mrs. C. RUMORS have him getting his drink on and Lulu coming to his rescue for a change.
Jax and Nikolas... The boys are at war. We've already talked about Jax's plans to knock down the stables and build a Spa on Spoon Island.
Liason... My fellow Liason fans know I've lost hope. Of course I am secretly hoping I am wrong but IF I'm not, the disappointment won't kill me if my hopes are low. Elizabeth and Jason will have more angst. That's the only thing I know for sure.

Ah Regan, I know as a Liason fan exactly how you feel. I've been weening myself off GH lately, cause I hate disappointment. I just don't get why this couple couldn't be more.

Urgh - I had hoped we were past the 'knock up Lulu' storyline. But like you said Regan, originality is apparently not in Guza's dictionary.

Sorry, yes I have seen it. Thanks for the link I was having some trouble finding it on youtube.
I'm not sure what to make of Sam's comments. As far as I can tell, they do not know that Jake is Jason's. Now, that could be a part of the story that has been kept under wraps or it could be a classic case of bad editing in the promo department. It's been happening a little too much lately.

It should be interesting to see Johnny getting drunk. We haven't seen his dark side in a long time. I love Brandon and his character of Johnny, but I hope they don't water him down too much. He needs that edge.
I like him with Lulu when she isn't screeching and they are sharing tender moments. I thought the chemistry between the two was forced in the beginning, but I think they have it now. I just find it hard to believe that if this guy was so reckless how he couldn't have had a nice girlfriend back before his Port Charles days. I can't believe that Lulu was the one to change all that.
I don't care about any more Liason talk. I don't see it happening and I don't like what they have done to Elizabeth. The promos of her screaming at Jason to "find my baby" makes her sound like a hypocrite. Just put her back with Lucky or get a new guy (and have another illegitimate child) and have Sam stay with Lucky or go back to Jason. I would hate to see Sam and Lucky break up, but I just don't know about their longevity either. The way they write them, Lucky never seems to really trust her and that doesn't bode well.
I'm okay with Kate leaving, just don't kill her off. Let her go back to Manhattan or off to Paris or something. Maxie could have a great career continuing what she is doing in some capacity or being a wedding planner so I do not see her character being threatened.
I don't think a Kate and Jax pairing would have enough spark and would be boring to watch, but these are all just my opinions.

Oh, I think I drank the Johnny koolaid yesterday because I found myself totally adoring that man. Loved the scenes - I have determined that Johnny does up the threshold of tolerance I have for Lulu, she didn't seem QUITE as annoying. Poor Spin, though, he looked like a sullen little eunich as everyone was preaching to him. I think his poor wounded pride may take a while to heal on this one.
Still hoping against hope for Liason.....Hope they prove me wrong.

If she wasn't such a horrible employee... I'd say let Lulu run Kelly's when it re-opens. Brings Kelly's back into the picture since Lulu is on all the time and Mike can show her how to run the place PLUS it puts a Spencer back in the diner.

Regan, do you think that they separated Johnny and Lulu for a while to calm down some of the hatred towards them and to 'regroup' their relationship so to speak? I also really liked Johnny and Lulu yesterday.
I like Maxie and Lulu being friends, but want them to continue snarking at each other. It's fun!

I will absolutely LOSE IT if Kate dies! oh, and Olivia sticks around. WTF!! Why is this witch still in town anyway? She was all up in Kate's grill about Kate leaving all those years ago to make something of herself and how dare she leave the neighborhood...well, wedding is over, right. Kate is healed, you're out of the hosptial - time for this wannabe to go!
I won't waste another second on daytime ever if they kill Kate off...evah! and furthermore they can go shove it sideways.

Hey Regan, Now that Kelly's and Sonny's coffe shop has burned down, where are the people of PC supposed to get their coffee?
Just wondering, what type of business does Sonny and Jason run? I know that it's mob business, but they've said that it has nothing to do with drugs, so what exactly do they ship, cuz I know it's not just coffee beans.

Regan, I can't beleive the craziness this SL has caused and all the speculation from who saves Jake to this freeing Jason because the writters backed him into a corner with having Jake, It's nuts. Maybe this is what TPTB wanted, for a couple that has very little air time together, no matter what site you go to that's all that is discussed. Pretty sad for 2 people who where really never given a chance. Imagine if they where given a ral SL.

I've been a GH fan since I used to watch it with my grandfather back in L&L's heyday. With this latest sweeps, I've actually removed it from the DVR lineup. The non-stop violence, verbal assaults, and lack of romance has left me not wanting to see it anymore. Although I'll still check in with DC to see what is going on...

I like Olivia. I like it when she gets up in Sonny's face. I like it when she gets up in Kate's face and tells her stop being a Sonny Apologist, a Sonny Enabler. How dare Kate sacrifice Dante on the Sonny altar. An accident of biology does not give Sonny any rights to Dante in any way shape or form. Sonny is not one of the good guys. He is a mobster, a criminal. His dimples do not make him a romantic hero. For a long time I liked Kate; I liked Kate with Sonny. She was redeeming him. Sonny is as irredeemable as James Craig.
Speaking of James Craig. I have started wondering if he actually was Jerry Jax or if it was all an elaborate hoax to get a international presence into Port Charles. Plastic surgery can play hell with identification and Jerry's history even with his brother could have been gathered to make a convincing cover.
Who is the Russian lawyer speaking with on the phone? Could Trevor be orchestrating his own
takeover of Port Charles from the back burner? Hs there been any indication that Trevor speaks Russian? We know Nick does. I keep waiting for Nick to go all Cassidine on us and show his claws. Maybe he is behind the Russians as a way to get back at Sonny and the lunatic Zachara. Nick is certainly going to have to do something about Jax. I wouldn't mind a business war between these two ala the Quartermaine wars of old.
Regarding Jason, Jake, and the Russians: The Russian who tailed Jason didn't have to know that Jake is Jason's son, only that this was someone Jason felt the need to protect.

Megan Ward had better not be going anywhere. Kate Howard remains my only emotional investment in this sorry show, especially since the ridiculously contrived break-up of Sonny and Kate. This couple actually made me like Sonny. I love the side of him that Kate brings out. I am not remotely interested in any of the various versions of carly currently chasing after him.
No amount of rewritten history is going to make me root for Kate's loud mouthed, back-stabbing, hypocritical cousin to do anything but pack her bags and head back to the old neighborhood she loves soooooo much.
