General Hospital: Perkie's Observations
My first thought today was, does Claudia realize she’s not glued to Sonny’s living room? She married him, moved in and hasn’t left yet. Then she finally left to go buy a tree, so that ended that thought! I hated that she threw her marital and familial weight around on that woman with the tree, even if the woman was being a biotch about the tree. I did like that Johnny told Claudia he’s not going back. Let’s hope he sticks to his guns because I’d rather see him try to make it as a car mechanic or something, rather than have him be a Jason or Sonny wannabe.
Also, after that story Claudia told Sonny about crazy Daddy destroying her doll house, who wants to put money down that Sonny will buy her one for Christmas, thereby making her fall for him?
Loved all the Scrubs goodness, especially all the wedding talk and the fact that they seemed to have toned down the “I’m a bad mommy” issues from Robin. Although I have to question why TIIC have that baby either sleeping or crying all the time. Two month old babies do coo and gibber-gabber on occasion.
Loved Alexis calling Sonny on his crap and telling him he’s a bad mobster and not the good mobster he likes to pretend he is. Also, holy cleavage Batman (on Alexis, not Sonny)!
Here’s how little I’ve been paying attention to the Nadine story, I thought Uncle What’s His Name was Aunt Raylene’s husband. Turns out he’s her brother. Who knew! And if Aunt Raylene had millions to give her loved ones, why are they living in some little dumpy house? Or did I miss that explanation when I was zoning out from the incredibly boring story?
Luke/Tracy: So, I’m guessing Tracy’s aware that he’s faking and somehow managed to convince Monica to go along with her plan to scare the pants off Luke. Good job. It’s time she turned the tables on him.

I was totally thinking the same thing about Alexis , I don't know if she had a push up bra on or what but the was rocking the cleavage too bad she wasted it on Sonny

Have to agree with you about the Alexis cleavage. I had to wipe away the drool a few times after checking that out. Is it just me or is SJB doing "old"Carly as opposed to doing Claudia? I like her and MB together but the more i see Carly. The IIC really need to separate the two characters. I agree that the doll house is on its way! It was so obvious that they are going to go in that direction,just like you can see Claudia having something to do with Sonny getting to see his kids for the holidays. Jeez! A team of monkeys can write this show:oh wait! They HAVE BEEN!
FF through the whole show except for Luke and Alexis scenes. I'm sorry, but who gives a flying fig about the whole Nadine/Nik s/l? Anyone? It so stinks, I just don't care. So glad you brought up Alexis' cleavage, WTH is that all about? Does she want to compete with her daughter? I just don't get it.

I agree w/ you RKSkuggs about SB playing "old Carly" instead of claudia.. I thought the SAME thing yesterday.. I think it's just how she interacts w/ MB but I was like isnt it a little creepy that she's already been married to this man but as someone else?? It's fine w/ me cuz I loved old Carly.. love LW too but it does seem more CarSon 1.0 than 2008's version.
Love that Johnny has a job but it does bother me that they keep saying he cant get a better job bc of his education.. plenty of companies hire HS graduates.
All in all a good episode..
PS did anyone notice the other day when MB broke his "sonny stone face" when Tony Geary started playing drunk for tracy? Now see THATS the sonny I liked..

Perkie, I had the same problem due to FF through most of Nadine's scenes, I thought the guy was Aunt Raylene's husbad too! All, I keep thinking as I FF through that crap is: I will never be able to watch re-runs of Shining Time Station with my nephew without thinking of Aunt Raylene and this crap storyline and where is Lucky living while this show uses the set of his house for this supposed millionaire?

Well see now, I didn't see that one coming! I guess I was so busy, dodging the dollhouse foreshadowing anvils, that I didn't think of Claudia and the kids. Although, I was expecting her to come home while Alexis was still there and get in Alexis' face and throw her weight around regarding Kristina. And then I'd like to see Alexis go all Natasha Cassadine on Claudia.
EET: You just did what you say you don't like others doing. Someone 'slammed' Sam despite her not being on screen, so you slammed Liz, despiter her not being on screen.
