HomeTVAll My ChildrenDeidre Hall Among Distinguished Guests at Tonight’s Inaugural Purple Ball Jamey Giddens January 21, 2009 All My Children, Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, One Life to Live, The Bold and the Beautiful, The Young and The Restless 12 Comments Her shoddy treatment by long time boss and "friend" Ken Corday is the last thing on Deidre Hall‘s mind tonight. Days of Our Lives‘ soon-to-be-ex- Marlena is partying it up in our Nation’s capital as one of the Distinguished Guests at the Inaugural Purple Ball. Hall, who was a vocal supporter of President Barack Obama (Damn that has a nice ring to it!) during his campaign, finds herself in the company of Hill Harper, Lisa Marie Presley, John Cusack, Terrence Howard, Djimon Hounsou, The Honorable Steve Westly, Herbie Hancock, David Alan Grier, Clifton Powell, Angela Bassett, and The Honorable Senator Leticia Van de Putte among others tonight. She is also reported to be the event’s guest speaker. I guess Molly Burnett had a prior committment. Thanks Joe for the tip! 12 Responses solafidex January 21, 2009 If my BFF was President Obama, I’d make Ken Corday pay!!!!!! But I’ve been told I’m rather vindictive! Log in to Reply SafeFan January 21, 2009 The undisputed fact is that no one can take away Deidre’s place in Daytime Royalty!!!! Log in to Reply Jamey Giddens January 21, 2009 RevaFan001, I respect your opinion, but “that man” has done nothing be be sworn in today after being elected by the electoral college and the popular vote. Until he plunges us into a war we shouldn’t be in, bankrupts our economy and holds up stem cell research and gay rights, he’s 1,000 steps above “that last man” in my opinion.
