Sex and the City hunk Jason Lewis is returning to Brothers & Sisters as Kevin Walker's ex-boyfriend Chad to stir up trouble. Lewis, who played a closeted gay soap star during his last stint on B&S is returning for just one episode, according to Michael Ausiello.
