Will listen to this later.

If I had to choose a performer of the week it would be an actress from Dutch soap Good Times Bad Times. Her character had an accident and knew she had only a few more days to live. All the scenes where she said goodbye to her family and friends were great, but the one where she said goodbye to her 10 year old daughter, knowing that it was the last time she would see her, was just heartbreaking.

LOL That's funny, Mark. If I had to choose a performer of the week it would an actress from German soap "Good Times Bad Times".
Her character was abused by her adoptive father for years. She is 20 now and hasn't learned how to deal with it. But she then got a new boyfriend, who tried to help her. She was getting better, but then her adoptive father came after her again. She ended therapy and started cutting herself.
Her boyfriend didn't know what to do any longer and filed her biological mother in. They both tried to talk to her, but she ran off and was later almost raped by her adoptive father, when her bio mom came and rescued her. Very, very emotional scenes and one of the most shocking storylines I've ever watch on a daily soap. Great writing and a really talent young actress.

That is funny. I believe the German version was based on the Dutch version which was based on the Australian soap The Restless Years.

Jon Lindstrom has been amazing as Craig. Grade

Please someone talk about the hot mess that is Casey/Allison on the the CBS podcast. Please!! The writing and overall storyline is just so trite. I can't take it anymore on top of PEG and Dusty. Sad(

Vanessa Morano's lisp is the only thing that bothers me, other than that I think she's a step up from the previous actress, but I wouldn't mind try #3 in trying to find a good fit for an interesting character.

Sorry but I still don't buy Brandon as this improved actor. He still comes off laughable when he's supposed to be serious and I admit he had some strong stuff last yr., but I am officially putting him in the same category that I have his co-star Farah Fath (who I loiked better on Days) which is HIT OR MISS.

I hope when Martha starts penning scripts for B&B, JMW acting improves, b/c I do think she has talent, but she really needs to get some more schooling for heavy drama or act opposite Susan.

RE: Colleen working: She's doing so because when she and Adrian hooked up Brad tried to force her hand with him and decided to cut her off financially. I think Jack pays her tuition not sure.

Why doesn't her best selling author mother or her book publisher father (Steve, the one who raised her...both Brad's kids have other daddies! LMAO) help a girl out?

Luke, you and Kelly Monaco should do a PSA about STDs but focus on hot tubs and toilets.

Loved the podcast, as usual!

Smile My performer of the week would be John McCook on the B n B. His scenes with Kyle Lowder were great. When he called Rick "No Ridge Forrestor" I thought he would have a heart attack. Bravo McCook!

I have to go with Don Diamont (Brad Carlton) and Beth Maitland (Tracy Abbott) from Y&R as my performers of the week. As someone who watched and remembered their romance/marriage from the 80s, their scene together, which will probably be their last scene together as those characters, brought tears to my eyes.
