Would You Like Mary Beth Evans To Return To Oakdale as Sierra?

Since I asked General Hospital fans if they would like Mary Beth Evans to return to Port Charles I figured I'd better ask if As the World Turns fans would like her to return to Oakdale. Oh and if anyone questioned whether or not things have changed at all on As the World Turns since 2005, all you have to do is watch this clip. Barbara, Paul, Dusty and Sierra teaming up to take Craig down. The only person missing is Mary Beth Evans' Sierra.

Would you like Sierra to return to Oakdale?

LOL, Luke! I just posted about this in your other poll! LOL

Sierra is the true love of Craig's life, Lily's sister, Lucinda's only biological daughter and the various family & friends, including a connection to Meg: they were both married to evil Tonio Reyes. Those are far more connections to the ATWT canvas for Sierra than currently exist on GH for Katherine Bell.

As I said in the other post, I wouldn't expect ATWT head writer Jean Passanante to do those connections justice given her track record.

J Bernard Jones is right on all counts. ATWT would be a perfect fit, but since JP doesn't care about the show's history, it really doesn't matter.

I would like to see Sierra come back. On the other hand, I really wouldn't wish ATWT with the way it is now on MBE.

I rather not have her go back to ATWT after Rosanna's last awful return.

I don't care either way...but it would be nice to have someone else on Craig's side. Maybe Carly will get jealous.

You know what I'm wondering? Whether we'll see Mary Beth Evans pop up on Y&R. Hogan Sheffer seems to *love* her. Isn't he the one that brought her on to ATWT and brought her back to DAYS? And I know they worked together on I Wanna Be a Soap Star.

Yup, I'm thinking Hogan will find her a spot on Y&R...

I loved MBE as Sierra to H.B.'s Craig. They had chemistry together and played well off each other. Soaps seem to have forgotten that fans like history and characters with history.

Days lost could be ATWT's gain.... but wait! they have Alison Stewart. They don't need MBE.

Sarcasm really doesn't show well in print.

Did anyone notice how Carly said Jack when Henry was getting on her nerves.

I think it would great to see Sierra coming back, but then she could also be totally destroyed by the writers from that show.

MBE was a fine Sierra, but what about Finn Carter. She was really great. I can dream of Finn Carter and Scott Bryce together on-screen again, can't I?

I loved Finn Carter and Scott B--they had great chemistry. I don't know if FC or MBE would have good chemistry with the current Craig--but I wouldn't mind the character coming back to Oakdale. Like everyone said, JP doesn't give a crap about history so I doubt it will happen

LOVED THAT CLIP. The show was so much better. Look at all the actors/characters we saw in that one little clip. I miss Martha, and Scott H as Paul, and Molly and everything about the way it used to be--oh well
