As the World Turns Daily Recap: Lusty, Musty or Peg?

Allison/Casey/Jade/Margo/Bob/Nancy: Allison, Bob, and Nancy were at the hospital discussing her officially becoming a nurse. Then they discussed starting a program to transport the elderly to and from the hospital. Allison told them she thought Casey would be the perfect person to run the program. She called Casey and met up with him to talk about it.

Casey ran into Jade and told her he was concerned about her but she just kept giving him attitude. Right when he was about to leave she asked him if he knew where she could "score some pot." Casey tried to talk Jade out of it but she was insistent, so frustrated, Casey left.

After Casey was gone Jade saw a guy sitting at a table and asked him if he knew where to get some pot. She pulled out her money and he flashed his badge. Turns out he was an undercover cop and arrested her on the spot. Margo took Jade into the interrogation room and asked her what was going on. First Jade tried to pass it off as not her fault but Margo shut her down. Jade went on with a sob story of how sad and pathetic her life has been and Margo decided to cut her a break. However she was not going to get off scot free as Margo insisted she do community service but she would not be charged.

Casey and Allison met up to talk about him running the senior citizen program and after a lot of convincing Allison finally got him to agree to it. They went back to the hospital and told a thrilled Nancy and Bob that Casey would volunteer to run the program. Just then Jade came in after Margo called Bob saying that Jade had volunteered to run the senior program. This led to an argument with her and Casey over who was boss between the two. Bob told them to work it out but the argument continued. Casey got fed up, quit the program, and left. Jade tried to leave too but Nancy wouldn't let her. Allison followed Chris and tried to convince him to go back even if he had to work with Jade. Casey finally agreed to go back if Allison would just shut up.

Casey returned and apologized to Jade and said they should work together. Jade continued to be the vengeful wench she's so good at being but Casey bit his tongue and pulled up a chair to get to work. Margo met up with Bob and agreed she was ok with Casey and Allison being together but was worried about him working with Jade. Bob told her to stay out of her son's love life and let him deal with it on his own. Casey complained to Allison so she rewarded him for his efforts with a cupcake and a kiss.

Paul/Meg/Dusty/Lucy: Paul thanked Meg for helping take care of Eliza but had the nerve to continue on to say that now that Eliza was better Meg could and should leave. Paul continued to insist that Meg leave and she continued to try and convince him that they should all be together as a family. Meg told him she wanted them to go to lunch as a family and Paul suggested the Lakeview. Meg told him that wasn't a good idea for obvious reasons. Paul questioned why she wouldn't want to go to the Lakeview insinuating she could go hook up with her "boyfriend." Meg denied that she wanted to be with Dusty and accused Paul of lying to the social worker. Paul insisted that he did nothing wrong and had nothing to feel guilty about. They continued to argue until Meg said that no matter what happened she couldn't ever be with Dusty because of how Dusty attacked him, and then she agreed to have lunch at the Lakeview.

At the Lakeview Dusty was having lunch with Lucy and Johnny and was rather hilarious scarfing down French fries. Dusty and Lucy talked about how Johnny cheered him up and she wished they could all be together longer. Then Dusty took her hand and told her she cheered him up too. (Sorry I have to pause here to beg Please! give me my Lusty back). Moving on....Dusty asked Lucy what her plans for the day were. She told him after dropping Johnny off she would have a few hours to kill before her double shift at the hospital. But before she left she invited Dusty to join her for a movie. (Their banter about it was really cute. Did I mention I want Lusty back?) Dusty agreed to meet her back at the Lakeview after she dropped Johnny off at school.
 
Dusty was just about to get another cup of coffee when he saw Meg and Paul show up and decided to leave. Paul told Meg to go run after Dusty but she insisted that was the last thing she wanted to do. Paul continued to be the something not so nice that he's been being for a long time and Meg kept insisting he needed her. She went to go change Eliza's diaper and ran into Dusty. Dusty tried to convince her that the game she was playing with Paul was a dangerous one and she should stop. But Meg told Dusty that it wasn't a game and she really wanted to be a family with Paul and Eliza. The argument continued until Paul came over and told Dusty to leave Meg alone. Dusty and Paul started to get into it again when Lucy showed up and asked Dusty if he was ready to go. After they were gone Paul accused her of putting on a performance to get access to their daughter and Meg blew off his suspicions and went to change her diaper.

Dusty and Lucy talked about Meg and Dusty worrying that she doesn't know what she's doing. Then Dusty apologized about complaining to Lucy when she wanted to go see a movie. Lucy insisted it was ok that she was there if he wanted to talk. She got a call right after that from her contact at the docks telling her the pharmaceutical guy was demanding more money before he would give them the drugs they needed for the shipment. Lucy insisted she could handle it on her own but Dusty refused to let her and offered to help. Dusty confronted the supplier and got him to back off using threats. Lucy told him he was now up to his neck with her in this little venture. She tried to explain to him the danger he'd just put himself in and he retorted saying he was worried about the danger she had put herself in. But neither agreed to stop so they just gave up and left together. Lucy and Dusty continued on with their adorable banter and Dusty told Lucy that he'd always have her back.
 
Paul continued to say he didn't believe Meg wanted to be a family and wanted Meg to leave. But right as she was walking out they noticed that Eliza was warm. Meg explained the reasons for it and that a bath would help. She offered to help him give her a bath. Paul and Meg joked around about getting wet from giving Eliza a bath and Paul agreed to let her stay.
