One grieviance I have with Y&R is that though Sharon briefly saw a therapist this week, her mental issues really do need to be further explored. I can accept the shrink's perspective that Sharon is subconsciously doing things (theft & promiscuality) to cause suffering to herself because of flawed self worth. However Nick & Sharon do not have the capacity for a healthy relationship until she gets thorough therapy and Nick addresses his inability to be faithful.

My guess for Devon's biological father? Michael Baldwin. I felt that Tuesday's episode with the scenes of Devon/Aunt Virginia and Michael/Lauren was a bit of quiet foreshadowing. Or do daytime dramas even do that anymore?

So it takes Nick to cheat on Phyllis 3 times before she kicks him out? I guess she's a three strikes and you're out type of girl!

Okay, I'm all for the Mary Jane reveal (she's Patti Williams, Paul's sister and Jack's ex-wife), but the rest of this kinda bores me. What happened to the intensity this was Y&R back in the day? This past week bored me to tears. Do the damn thing, Maria and Paul!!! And where the hell is Drucilla? That's what I want to know.

Tyra is STILL going to be on this show? DAMN IT ALL TO HELL!

God, now tired ass Tyra is knocked up???? While I agree that it's time Neil had his own bio kid, I would rather he find out that Devon is his.

As for Karen, I was wondering why she was brought back for Cane and Lily's rehearsal dinner, just to bring Neil the divorce papers. So,....hopefully Karen's story isn't done yet.

Jill "taking Victor's picture" is so SEVENTIES. She should shoot a video of him with her cell phone and post the video of Victor and Mary Jane arguing on youtube.

Come on. Y&R has a long history of making women into victims of mental illness. Look at how Y&R made Ashley suffer a nervous breakdown after she had an abortion. Since then, Ashley has had repeated bouts of severe depression and dissociative states.

The turn of events with Nick, Sharon, etc. was easy to see coming. Similar goings on at the B&B set. That's how I figured that Nick & Red were over.

I love Billy. He's such a likable rogue. So far, he's the best new addition over the past year.

I'm wondering if maybe Devon is Nathan Hastings's child. He did have an affair with a woman who was HIV positive and lived a rough life before meeting Olivia, so it's not impossible that he could have another affair with a woman who was a druggie like Devon's mother. That would be a great storyline since it would actually focus on Olivia for a change and tie Devon permanently to the family. Just my two cents though.

NO NORE TYRA!!!! Seriously, everything about this storyline bores me to tears. Her face is my cue to FFWD'ing. If Michael Baldwin, or Jack Newman was Devons father I think I would be very pleased by that. Especially with Jack talking so much lately about missing out on being a fathr to his own kids. I'm gonna miss Chris Egan's representation of Adam,and I bet theres more to that story I can't wait to find out who Sharons baby's father is. In my dream storyline Jack FINALLY sees the family resemblance in Summer and realizes she's his little girl, and Nick and Sharon have another baby girl together.(For fear of you rabid Phick fans I shall say nothing further on that subject...lol.) The storyline with Nina,Phillip IV,Cane Kay and Jill is by far what I am looking forward to the most. I had almost given up hope in this industry that i'd ever see a storyline again address characters from the past without...recasting them,rewriting their charachters completely,or mangling history so bad you dont even recognize the show. Did I mention please get rid of Tyra?!!! Hook Neil up with someone already in GC like Olivia,or cast someone else altogether. All Eva Pigford(?)is-is a reminder that Victoria Rowell is gone. I'm sure its through no fault of her own,but if TPTB seem hell bent on holding grudges and being personal and never allowing the true Queen of GC(no disrespect to Mrs C....lol)Drucilla Winters back then they're gonna have to stop hiring weak a$$ carbon copies of her character,and expecting us to swallow it whole because they stick singing children around them to distract us. Chloe is gonna open a can of whoop arse on Sharon when she finds out about her and Billy...lol. I love Y&R!!!

Please do not let this rumor about Neil and Tara come tru. I know that they have been on the back burner but PLEASE. I wonder how Katherine will feel if she ever finds out about the two.

I don't see Nick and Phyllis being OVER, I see Nick confusing guilt and the possibility of Cassie's (the soothsayer) deathbed proclimation coming true clouding his "clueless' mind. Nick is willing again to destroy another one of his familys. But this time the joke will be on him when the spawn is either not his or will be one of twins (the other being Billy's) and his "dream" of baby Faithless will turn real sour.

As for Phyllis and Jack, pay back is a bitch, I hope Nick hurts like hell when he finds out! and what can he say? "how dare you cheat on ME??" GMAFB!

OMG! I love it! All of it! I already know that Mary Jane is Patti Williams-Abbott- Paul's sister. That's why she looks familiar to him and he recognizes her laugh. She's still a nut though. Looking for an imaginary cat! LOL!

I predicted early on that Ashley would fall or get pushed down some steps and it would be Adam's fault. He's getting more and more diabolical by the episode. Anything to bring pain to Victor and he's all for it.

I want Sharon to slip into a coma or something. Anything to keep her legs closed. I can't STAND her! We all know that it's over for Nick and Phyllis. Now, the writers need to spin it this way: Sharon's baby is Jack's, Phyllis turns up preggers and it's Jack's and Summer turns out to be Jack's bio kid too! Sweet! And nasty ass Nick and Sharon wind up with nothing but themselves.

I love the Neil and Tyra storyline. Keep it. We need more sistas on the show!

i completely aggree about jack and phyllis sleeping together pay back was well served. now watch nick get all you slept with jack now we cant be together. I think phyllis isnt fighting hard enough for nick. he will come running back as soon as he finds out that baby aint his and he will expect phyllis to forgive him. its so sickining.

I'm tired of this storyline & I hate how the writers have ruined Sharon's character! Jack & Phyllis belong together. Because of their ages, they are more suitable to be together, they look perfect together and they have similar scheming personalities, which makes them a more likely combination. I hope Sharon & Nick get back together and stay together, & I hope the baby will be Nick's. I am also keeping my fingers crossed that they will revisit Summer's paternity & she will be Jack's child. It's time to wrap this storyline up! There was no need to revisit this storyline if there was no intention of making some real changes!

ITA, I mean seriously I get that Phyllis always goes nuts for the men in her life, exhibit A- Danny; but seriously Nick is not worthy of her she needs to kick him to the curb. And having Jack panting after Sharon and her bastard child is really getting old, he has three children of his own and deserves a woman who is his equal and that ain't ever gonna be Sharon. Like Phyllis said SHaron is weak and needy right now and Jack doesn't need that, this storyline is tired and the only way to save it is if Jack and Phyllis get together once this mess is over.

ITA with you, too. Whatever it takes to get Sharon and Nick together and Jack & Phyllis back together will work for me!

I like the Phyllis and Jack spoiler because they are a much better match. Nick and Phyllis were a hot affair but they don't work as a married couple. Phyllis can't be her true self with Nick, while Jack accepts Phyllis warts and all. And frankly, Nick is not a good intellectual/personality match for Phyllis. Jack is.

I don't think Nick will end up with Sharon right now. They need more angst before they are reunited and Nick should be on his own for awhile as punishment for playing both women. I don't really want to see Sharon with Jack because she does not love him.

I also thought Tuesday's show might be hinting that Michael is Devon's father because Michael told Lauren she makes him feel like a teenager and the very next scene was Devon reading a letter where his mother said Devon's father had big plans and was not ready to settle down. The age matches. The only problem is Devon's mom, Yolanda, briefly worked for Lauren at the boutique and Michael knew about Yolanda because he handled Devon's adoption so I wonder if it will be an issue.

We will see what MAB does. This Devon searches for his father story just might be an excuse to write Devon off screen for awhile just like this Monte Carlo vacation is to get Michael and Lauren off screen because MAB has no story for them. MAB has shown little interest in writing story for Devon, Lauren or Michael (beyond as a prop for his family) so it might be a stretch that she would write for all three in a new story.

The plot will thicken if Jack's the dad. Jack may be so happy that he forgives Billy. I hope Nick & Phyllis split. That will leave Morrow to leave the soap for a while. His character is too weak to be on "the front burner."

I hope like hell that Tyra and Neil will marry and have a child. Karen never should have been on the show she cannot act!!!! She needs to stick to singing. Neil deserves to be happy and to all haters Tyra fulfills this. They share deep chemistry notice how he looks at her! Awesome couple, he's finally getting a story again, he deserves his own biological child, and he's man enough to keep the love going with Ana, Devon and Lily....while maintaining a love of his own, You go Neil!!!!!! I hope Sharon is pregnant by Billy, this would really make an interesting storyline!!!Bring Victor and Niki back, the Newman family is getting weak!

I'm new to this but here goes:

Devon's father is probably going to be Victor. Think about it: Neil leaves Newman Ent. and now works for Kay. Vic promotes Nick to COO. Devon graduates from college and goes to work for Neil. He then searches for bio-dad turns out to be Vic. Once Vic is told, now you have the new son/ father (Vic/Nick) vs. (Neil/Devon) teams to battle it out in GC. Devon will also be torn between bio-Dad Victor and adopted dad Neil. It also means that Nic has a new rival for power...Devon a la Adam all over again! Yolanda wasn't always a crack head. Remember she worked for Lauren for a bit.

This way Jack and Billy will have time to battle it out over the baby, 'cause it’s no way its Nick. Remember Sharon's dream. It also means that Jack will have to decide if he wants Sharon and the baby, or Jabot.

Oh yeah summer will turn out to be Jack's. Nick will find out after he leaves Phyllis again, and Sharon finds out her baby is jack's too. Now Sharon and Phyllis will be fighting over the same man again. That way Nick ends with nothing after having his cake and eating it too. I would love that!

So, Phyllis and Jack hit the sheets, and I'm guessing it's a direct result of Nick/Sharon hitting them for a third time. I'm waiting for Nick tell Sharon he wants to leave Phyllis, and then tell Phil the same. Should happen this week. Maybe we'll see a much needed partner change up.

I don't know, you people who think that Summer is Jack's. She's almost identical to Cassie when she was young. Would be nice to have Summer be Jack's if the partners are going to change, as then Nick wouldn't have to visit Summer, as he wouldn't be Daddy anymore.

As for Tyra having Neil's baby. I'm with the yuks, even though it would be nice for Neil to have a bio kid. I'm thinking this storyline is moving way too fast... I'm smelling they're setting up the return of a missing wife to add to the pot. I'm wondering if there's any calls in to Victoria Rowell???
