I love your shout out to the Jr Vortex of Suck! Casey/Alison so fits that. They suck only slightly less than Meg/Damian but the pairing is not interesting & remain chemistry-free. No surprise that JP thinks Casey/Alison is a money couple.

ATWT is almost unwatchable at this point.

What will it take to get a regime change on this show?

One positive thing I will say about is they did shoot the trip to NYC with the Snyder-Mayer-Grimaldi family a month ago well (the ep where Holden took Luke & Noah to the baseball game and Lily & Damian went to a meeting). Those outside scenes were actually shot nicely. I agree with you about the current outside shoots, though.

I know J. Bernard has a box checked for her on the Performer Of the Week podcasts, but I have to say I also find Caitlin Van Zandt's line deliveries on GL just awful. I mean they are jarringly bad and she yells 90% of her lines. On the plus side, I can't wait for the fallout from Phillip turning James in for the Ponzi scheme.

Jamey, you listed all the reasons I don't mind MB. I always thought she got more grief than she deserved but like you, it's better that she's supporting than lead. I like the friendship between Melanie and Brady. I don't want a romance but I like their honesty with each other.

I still find Stephanie/Philip to be dull. There's just no magic there and I still don't buy that they're in love with each other.

I really think you're being too kind to ATWT. The show is pure and utter trash right now! If Chris Goutman and Jean Passanante can't do better than this then it's time to kick them to the curb and leave them there. I don't even watch every day anymore, beacuse it's painful to sit through this crap.
The Vortex of suck is sucking the life out of this show with frightening speed. I feel so bad for poor Colleen Zenk Pinter who is stuck in this mess. She deserves so much better. Right now she's the only thing that makes this storyline even remotely bearable.
As for the Jr Vortex of suck, both Alison and Casey are characters I like, but they just don't have any romantic chemistry. Alison had great chemistry with Chris, but TIIC dumped him as we all know.
If nothing drastic happens real soon, like a new HW, then this show is doomed.

Good ep overall. I was hoping for more on the GL rally. It a dying show that needs help. Thats about my only gripe with the show

You know I think Clementine Ford is slowly getting better. She isn't quite up to par yet but I saw more life out of her with Raul than with anyone. The Billy Mac thing is done. They don't have the chemistry like the originals. I did notice her chemistry with Cane, but lord knows the Lane fans will go beserek if another person breaks up there couple.

In regards to B&B and Forrestor being a Logan run company that to me is just bad writing. Brooke has always wanted to be a Forrestor. She has wanted to be apart of that family since she laid eyes on Ridge. Sure Brooke did BeLieF and the Bedroom Line but come on. I kinda wish they would have just kept Brooke with her 51% and the Forrestor's with there 49%. They have had too many rewrites of who owns what and this with Forrestor. I am still boycotting the show. I know MAB said she did some work for B&B too so I bet she could really clean that show up, but I want her to stay at Y&R! I don't want anyone else's hands on that show.

Y&R: Mac/Cane have chemistry? Guys, are we watching the same show? I thought that when Raul kissed Mac and how that scene played out, set off sparks in the chemistry dept.

I loved hearing Peter talking about the rally. Thanks for inviting him it was very insightful.

The only problem I have with Rafe and Otalia is that Rafe is such a boring character played by a boring actor although I do see your points how it could be interesting.
