The Bold and the Beautiful remains the world's most popular soap. Drew Tyler Bell is put on contract. Patrick Duffy and Robin Riker return to The Bold and the Beautiful. Ridge has become a pill popper.
Flag on the play, is Gina Tognoni still going to One Life to Live? James Spaulding faces 850 years in prison. Rafe catches Olivia and Natalia while Edmund's body has disappeared.
Ashley suffers a miscarriage on The Young and the Restless. How cruel is Adam if he's willing to tell her that she didn't miscarry? Jamey, you are a fool, LOL. I think that TEleNext is making the fans a fool and I don't blame CC and GT for putting out feelers for other jobs. I want Otalia to do it before the show goes off the air.
Y&R, get rid of Mac. She is not doing it for me or recast, sTAT. MTS, please stay on the show. It wouldn't be the same without you. Jamey, you hit it on the head about Jack's losing his spunk. He needs to be focusing on his bio kids instead of a ho who don't give a rats ass about him. And I also agree that Sharon and Nick are jerks and don't care about anyone but themselves. I don't blame Noah for yelling at them because they deserve it. I can't root for them because they are not sorry for the pain they cause, they just want to put it on someone else. It would of been more accepting if both would take it slow and Sharon would of get help and then get back together, not act like they did anything wrong. And why isn't Phyllis getting in touch with her son, Daniel? She would at least call him and see how he is doing and tell him about her and Nick breaking up. Or saying what he is up to. I hope that she isn't worried about the jacka@# and help her son out. But if Sean Kanan comes to Y&R, hook her and Deacon up. They would be hot together. I want Adam to get Victor and Jack. I am loving MJ and hope she comes to get her revenge.

Jamey you brought up a great pt. on how GL should end. The final two wks. should have a big event and then the final wk. should flashfoward a couple yrs. and we see how the characters lives are afterwards. That ending would be a current thing, b/c since 6FU (Six Feet Under) set the standard of how you should end a show, some shows have been incoporating that and it would just be awesome to see that on GL.

Well goodbye Guding Light, I'll miss you...
I honestly don;t see how the show will get picked up now without Otalia. I know some people aren't fans of them but they were a major draw for the networks to want to pick GL up.
I can't bee too mean about CC leaving though, she's got to have steady work. Still I'm sad.
I'm with Jamey and east.west on how they should end the show though, that would rock!

I understand how excited everyone is for CC to return to the show, but it's not the same show that she left. The first thought I had about her return as Carly was, what are they going to give her to sink her teeth into? Love or hate GL, they always had her doing something. Even when Ellen Wheeler was filming ducks, and having Cassie fold laundry she had that heart storyline. I know she's a great actress and will make anything work, but I just don't think she is going to walk in there and have Days flashback to the 80's again.
Despite all of that I am glad she found work. As for Gina going to OLTL....boring boring boring. There is no room for her.
And what's this rumor about B&B going to an hour? i guess it would make sense with both P&G soaps off to have 2 one hour soaps to be viable and competitive with ABC. And if there is a Deacon and Amber reuniting I am tuning in!!

Granted, Dr. Carly "French Braid Bump" Manning's return to Days is thrilling. Unless Louise Sorel shows up, CC's return is the OMG soap moment of the year.
Am I crazy or do I detect a little Deidra Hall hatin' when it comes to CC's return?
Carly was a fine physician (as I recall), but I've never forgiven her for encouraging Izzy B to fight for "Roman" when the love of his life, Doc, returned from her coma. Woman, puhleeeese!
That being said, I'm ecstatic for you Jayme! Got my fingers crossed that KC doesn't put CC in a Roman-Kate-Carly triangle!

I'm excited to have Crystal Chappell on Days. GL is a gonner and now we get to see this gifted actress regularly on daytime. Days seems to have a different feel to it the last 6 months so I will be hopeful they don't screw up the characters return and give her something interesting to do.
That's not to say I don't feel devastated about the end of the Otalia storyline. I have been following Crystal's work on GL since Jan and really enjoyed the progression of the story and Crystal's acting. This was a different and new story for daytime to explore and to see it get cut way too short when there was so much potential to have a positive and uplifting pairing is heartbreaking.
But reality sets in and the girls got to get a job in a very tough industry, so I'm happy she has a job and a shot at making it long-term.
Good for Crystal and it's good for Days also-they get an awesome actress who's just lovely.
