Heather?!!!! Molly Burnett was bad enough... Vail Bloom is even worse! why do the people that make me gag on a daily basis, lol, keep booking primetime jobs and the good actors (with the exception of Ashley Jones) can't catch a gig? I don't wanna see Amelia Heinle on CSI, I wanna see Rebecca Herbst. next thing Predator aka Jennifer Gaeris will book Brothers and Sisters.

I don't agree, Vail Bloom is a good actress!
She grew a lot and not all actor are great from day one! she is believable as Heather, which is more than I can say about The wannabe Vicky on Y&R!

I agree, Vail is fantastic. She really owns the role, and don't forget, she's an Emmy-nominated actor. Love her!!

She's emmy-nominated because the voters cheated. Anyone who won last year shouldn't take it too seriously. For that matter, it's obvious that voters didn't watch the tapes this year either.
As for Vail Bloom, her character is badly written. I'm not sure anyone could make sense out of this character.

She brings a certain "fabulousness" to the role. It can't be described. But she certainly owns the role.

Vail Bloom may be an OK actress but her character Heather is a terrible district attorney:
1) She's sleeping with a convicted criminal
2) She's jumps to the wrong conclusions constantly, putting innocent people in legal jeopardy

I watch Y&R every day, and I read the soap opera boards every day. What most people on the boards say is that this is a beautiful model who can't act her way out of a paper bag. From what I've seen, I agree. Put her back on the magazine covers - let someone else do the acting so we can enjoy our soaps.

Vail Bloom Replaced! Miss Kitty to play Heather Stevens!
In an exclusive interview given to D.C.'s Josstheguy, Daytime TV's latest vixen Miss Kitty explained that she will be exiting the role of Kitty to take over the role of Heather Stevens! This is a first in the history of Y&R but industry officials concede that Miss Kitty is the breath of fresh air and sensuality that can take Y&R to 5.0 rating.
Yep! Miss Kitty is just that good!
The soap world is ablaze with discussion over this sudden casting change.
Y&R officials are reportedly excited about the chance to recast the role of Heather Stevens with Miss Kitty.
As explained exclusively to us, Y&R's Maria Arena Bell believes that Miss Kitty will bring the character of Heather Stevens to life, embuing her with the dramatic flair and intelligence unseen prior in Heather.
Spoilers!
Reportedly, as soon to be portrayed by Miss Kitty, Heather will embark on a controversial lesbian relationship with Amelia Heinle's Victoria Newman! Y&R will jump into the love affair quickly. Set side sources state that several scenes have been scripted and shot. The first features a tender love scene between Heather and Victoria that will have the fur flying as an argument between the two characters turns to passion!
The second scene features a fight between Miss Kitty's Heather and Thad Luckinbill's JT after JT learns of the affair. We've heard things might just turn interesting. A reliable report says that there is great chemistry between JT and Kitty!
When questioned about this novel twist, Brad Bell of Y&R's sister soap the Bold and Beautiful confessed that he had been in negotiations to cast Kitty in the pivotal role of Steffie Forrester.
Bell also stated "We're happy Y&R and Miss Kitty. She knows how much we respect her work!"
We understand that Vail Bloom, who has exited the role, will be traveling to Switzerland for experimental mole removal surgery!

Vail Bloom, to me, has great chemistry with nuAdam, Michael Muhney. I'm sure that it was not easy for either actor, considering the abruptness of Chris Engen's departure, with whom she had scintillating on-screen chemistry. I hope she continues to get more primetime/cable roles because she brings a lot to the screen, more than just a beautiful head of hair, which she does possess!

One facial expression made by him can crush her best work to date.. Whatever that is. Vail's better than Adrienne Frantz? Even on her worst day Adrienne can tear up a scene with Vail. Lets see.. Vail is suppose to be better than Michael Graziadei? HA! I won't even go there and lets not forget Vail's got bigger acting chops than Emily O'Brien. Please excuse me while I continue to laugh at the ridiculousness of that statement.
