A Moment of Appreciation

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank the readers, listeners and staff at Daytime Confidential for the amazing experience this website and the podcast have been. So often I get caught up in the day-to-day responsibilities I forget to appreciate the milestones as they go by.
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that less than three years after the Daytime Confidential podcast debuted in iTunes and less than two years after the launch of Daytime Confidential.com we'd have come this far. To-date we've published over 425 podcast episodes, coined the phrase "Bitchy Bangs" and been linked to or credited by TV Guide.ca, TV Guide.com, USA Today.com, After Elton.com, The Young, Black and Fabulous.com, Perez Hilton.com, several international soap magazines, Soap Opera Digest.com and just today The New York Post.
None of this would be possible without the dedication of the Daytime Confidential staff and the loyalty of you our readers. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for both.
Whether the contribution is large or small Daytime Confidential's staff has done an outstanding job, all the while balancing it with their day jobs. Day in and day out they bring you some of the best news coverage, blind items, spoilers, humor, commentary and analysis on the web.
To the readers and listeners, thank you for interacting with us on the blog, emailing us your thoughts, following us on Facebook or Twitter, sending us tips for something we may missed, sharing your reactions and calling in with your comments on the comment line.
If you are a long time reader or listener who has been following Daytime Confidential since the beginning and watched us grow, thank you. If you are new to the Daytime Confidential website and podcast, thank you and welcome.
So much has happened in such a short amount of time and I look forward to seeing what the future holds for Daytime Confidential and its sister sites TV Fan Online and Movie Junkie Online, which officially Beta launch on August 3rd.

Big Thanks to you Luke and Thanks to all the DC crew! I discovered the site with the Victoria Rowell interview and have been hooked on this site since. You guys are all great and it's nice to see a site decaded to daytime. I love the podcasts and everyone's differing opinions on the soaps.

I have been with you since like show five. I have loved all of the stuff you do, and if there was any way to support you more I would.
I love the podcast, and Jamey is my favorite(Sorry everyone else), and I miss Lisa. I never knew what happened with her, she just stop being on the podcasts.
Anyways, Congrats Luke and everyone else. I say when you hit 500, we have a big party! We will all fly to Disneyworld in Florida and party.

I am so glad I found this site, I'm thinking about a year ago. The reviews, the up-to-minute behind the scenes action, the humor, the comments, the variety of news. It's wonderful. This isn't just a news source, it's a full-blown soap experience right on your computer screen.
