ABC owns all of its soaps unlike the other two networks. This gives the networks more skin in the game to keep the shows running. Hopefully, GH's plunging ratings have raised concerns that the show needs a turn-around artist to revive the series.

And they can pay Robin more than what they been paying her. I not saying give her a ransom's pay, but a decent salary would be good for our Dorian and get rid of some of the dead weight that no one likes or cares about.
