Should Spinelli and Maxie Get Married on GH?

I said no - Just because usually in "Soapworld" as soon as a couple gets married they have some huge conflict. Once the I-do's are exchanged it's countdown until their divorce. I want Spixie to be in a happy realationship for now.

I voted no, but that's only because I feel they aren't ready to get married. Maxie believes she will be a bad wife and Spinelli is just so naive. They both need to work on their relationship first. I believe that Spinelli and Maxie will turn out to be one of the longest running relationships in GH history. They will be the couple that breaks up but can't stay away from each other. I love them!!!

If they do, it had better be a sweet, romantic soap wedding like Robin/Patrick's wedding(s)--no bullets flying!

As far as I'm concerned, the more Spixie the better...and I think that a bigger commitment to throw at them would be the possibility of Maxie getting preggo, which I think would be a great story..

Maxie and Spinelli should get married and then the mob come in and Spinelli takes out a gun and shoots the bad guy. You know that Guza going to go that route.

I love this couple but they definately should NOT get married. Besides the good reasons that others have already posted. Where the heck would they live??? In the regretably pink room at Jason's? With Mac? Where is Maxie living these days? She got thrown out of the apt with Lulu. I want to see them have lots of fun adventures and capers with the PI business. I am getting tired of the fashion world aspect of the storyline (not enough meat for stories...) Yes on the pairing of Maxie and Spinelli but no on marriage.

Is it true that GH has until Nov. to get its act together or cancellation would be around the corner for the show?

How do they expect the show to get its act together if they don't change FRONS-FARRENPHELPS-GUZA?

I voted yes. But yes as in, one day they should get married. Maybe like in a year, after they've had some time to just be a young couple in love. It's too soon right now. But I do think it was very in character for Spinelli to ask.

I voted yes, because I do want them to get married...eventually.

I love Spixie as well, but slow down. Just date, don't rush into marriage. Also, siomonstuart2003 I read the same thing, but how do they expect to turn around with Frons, Phelps, and Guza still at the helm.

I think "not yet" should've been an option. Both Maxie and Spinelli have a lot of growing up to do before they get married. Maxie needs to just be in a relationship with a guy who doesn't leave or die on her. Spinelli needs to experience adult love. Both of these things need to happen SLOWLY, not at Guza speed.

Where is Winifred? And isn't Johnny want to be with Maxie? Johnny and Maxie is hot together.

Maxie and Spinelli should have a open relationship. Where they can still be together but still be with other people.

yea I think a not yet or eventually answer should have been added. Cause yes I love Spixie but they are not ready to be married.

I voted no because it's way too soon. Spinelli went from courtly love to proposal in the space of a few hours. He needs to find a balance. But yeah, it's very Spinelli to ask when and how he did; very sweet, but very premature.

I am in the minority. I do not like the pairing. I find them completely annoying.

I think it's a bit too soon, as they've just made love.

I am with you, they should stop writing Spinelli as though he is a 12 year old computer savant and make him an adult, they should have Maxie get counseling for her Daddy issues and even then I think she and Johnny make a hotter and more interesting pair, he also has daddy issues
