Blue and teal were the color of choice for many of soap opera's leading ladies. Outstanding Supporting Actress nominee Melissa Claire Egan and Outstanding Younger Actress nominees Kirsten Storms and Emily O'Brien each chose a variation of the colors. The worst was an easy pick - Lesley Ann Down. WTF!?
Kirsten Storms dress I liked, but without the white "poof" on the shoulder. C'mon!!!
So I'm going with Noelle Beck as Best Dressed (and I don't even watch her show!)
Sharon Case was in Blue also I believe. When I saw her on the Red Carpet I thought she looked great.....

Julie Marie Berman (Lulu) looked awful. The hair, the lipstick, the dress. She looked like a white Mortecia Adams.

I love Lindsay Hartley but her dress was a little confusing. It had gone all the way to ground, it'd be more glamorous. Maybe she was doing an Audrey Hepburn thing. It certainly looks that way. The girl is beautiful either way.

Yes, I also think Sharon Case was gorgeous in her blue gown.
Christel Kahlil and Leslie Anne Down are my votes for least favorite looks in blue.
Kristina Alfonse is stunning in blue--it just seems like the dress could have fit her a little better.
