Welcome back Regan, missed those spoilers. Even though I said I was going to give them up, I lied.

At this point, I don't really care for Jax/Cary, Sonny/Claudia or the potential Sonny/Olivia, I'd take back Sonny and Carly. I know that they were more popular when Sarah Brown and Tamera Braun played Carly. I'd ratrher see Jax/Olivia have some kind of nasty fling. I always thought Kate and Jax were good to.

Nik and Liz bothers me to no end. Nothing like your kid being in the hospital with an injury to play tonsil hockey with your former brother-in-law/dead best friend's husband/best friend. How romantic. Lucky will be assed out again.

courtney - i agree. i like TC, but he just looks like he's not with the storyline.

here's what i'd be interested in seeing. since liz is the fertility equivilent to sonny, we're sure to get a WTD with lucky and nik. once that happens, let rebecca be emily (if they insist on keeping NL) - then let the fireworks begin! lucky and emily can turn to each other, nik will be in a quandry over his love/hate for emily but interested in liz. lucky can finally be given his balls back and lay into liz. throw in jason wanting joint custody of jake and sam supporting jason and nik while trying to maintain her uneasy relationship with liz and now i'm interested.

I'm trying not to be a tease blackjack but like I said yesterday, I'm dipping my toes in this week. I still have a few things left to take care of so I'll be off tomorrow, maybe back on thursday and then off again on friday.

blackjack, I like that storyline but this is GH, so Nik would be the father and he's a terrible dad. Lucky would be raising three kids that aren't his. Poor guy, he's turned out to be a good dad with a big heart to love those kids reguardles of who their bio dads are.

Here’s my question for all of you: IF Elizabeth and Nikolas are a hit, what would you like to see for Lucky? A little action with Kelly Lee? I’ve always said Sarah needs to return to town. If they’re going with brother vs. brother how about we add a little more sibling rivalry with sister vs. sister?

I'm all for a story for Kelly Lee, I love her. I wouldn't mind TPTB creating a new character for Lucky to spar with, either. Perhaps a female cop, or a spunky news reporter (Port Charles needs a journalist to cover all of the crime that is running the streets) I love GV, but I think his Lucky and Liz are just boring together. I do like Kelly though, and wouldn't mind seeing something between them. I wouldn't have minded seeing Kelly and Matt Hunter hook up either (since TPTB don't seem to know what to do with Matt anymore than they do Lucky)

That rumor about a Sonny/Carly reunion frightens me. A LOT. I love Carjax, and don't mind Sonny and Carly as friends, but to retread on that territory just makes me feel ill.

Are these rumors about going back to couples that work due to the fact that the ratings haven't been so great? Here's a thought, maybe turning every day into the Sonny and Claudia black HOLE hasn't been helping so much. I was a SKate fan, and I thought Kate was so much more likable. But whatever. Obviously Frons/Guza get all hot over the disgusting human being that Claudia is, and since they're pleased, apparently that is all that matters (!)

Lulu and Dante, now I like these two. But I wish TPTB would move slow and not force them into an instant relationship. They need to build a months long outline for these two and actually create a romance, not some stupid fling like they do with all their other couples (well, except Scrubs and Spixie, two couples that actually developed over time).

Speaking of... I'm not a Liason fan or a JaSam fan, but even I was insulted by this Jasam reunion. How rushed was that? I realize that KM had to take some time off for her Vegas show, and SB was in contract negotiations, but it's like, once both were back to work full time the writers said "OKAY LET'S GET THEM BACK TOGETHER. LIKE, NOW!!!" Why not take some time to build up a bit more sexual tension instead of just thrusting them back together in such a sloppy manner?

I have too many thoughts, I will be here all day if I keep going... Anyway, I actually AM excited for the carnival (although it does bring back memories of Passions). At least it's something different for GH, and it'll be nice to see some light, outdoor sets for a change.

If were going back to couples that "worked" I want my Skate back, its the first pairing I've liked Sonny in since Tamara's Carly (and I actually liked her more with Alcazar) and at this point I don't want to even see Liz or Nickolas on my screen and I loved Nickolas and Emily, but if Rebecca turns out to be Emily I want her to get with Lucky and for him to give up Liz for good i'm so sick Lucky thinking him and Liz have a shot when she's looking at other guys don't get me wrong was it right for him to cheat on her when they were married yes, is it wrong for her to lead him on twice now? Yes! I love Dante but I also love Matt so putting Lulu with either one of them is a win for me as long as they don't try to recreate Sonny and Carly through Dante and Lulu, and can we please get Claudia off my screen?

I am the one that mentioned the going back to couples that worked thing yesterday - I got it from a comment on DD. The thing is some of the posters on DD are the real deal and give reliable scoop. Others are just posers pretending to be the real deal. Its often hard to tell which are which until it plays out. So take that one with a big grain of salt. (unless Regan you mentioning it here means you have some confirmation of it from your sources??)

A little SCOOP ... but I'll address EET's comment first. All I can say is that it's out there. But then again, it's been out there for a while, starting back to when the JaSam reunion stuff started. The ratings have sucked and they think that rekindling some of the tried and true (again in the eyes of the beholder) are the way to get a boost. I say better writing and better cast involvement is the key. Look at how many fans are excited for the carnival simply because the whole cast will be involved. How well received episodes that include a lot of characters are by the fans. Then there are the Sonny and Jason only days that the fans are tired of.

Is the Spixie wedding or it's aftermath still filming? According to Kirsten Storms' most recent tweet it look like it is: Wearing a wedding dress freaks me out.

I love Lulu with everyone of her pairings at the begining but once they hit the sack -- all the chemistry between the characters gets zapped right out of the air.

I don't know if they will ever be able to find someone to work with Lulu. There is always plenty of sizzle and then nothing but fizzle.

Guza's idea of tried and true is recycled and tired.

Guza just wants his couple back together (ordered by his boss) and will start his BS about how other couples will be brought back...really who..I see no signs of CarSon, even with all the potential theatrics of Claudia, Jax & Olivia.

So you screw up NuEmily and now you will suddenly make her old Em (Possibly). Give it a rest you killed her and personally killed NL in my eyes as either Em or Rebecca.

Just let this new writer (or whomever) write the way they have been waiting with cast interaction, and story closures.

Give me SKate because it truly made me love Sonny again, give me more Scrubs, a nice triangle with Matt-LuLu-Dante (not that Guza could pull this off) since all men go through Loo-Loo.

as a couple. Will be glad to be rid of Clauda. This last Carly is the best of all of them.
I do like Liz & Jason, but if I can't have them then Nic with Liz.. I like Lucky, but with someone new.....

hmm, lucky? well, there were rumors of recasting brooklyn, so that could be interesting. serena would also be interesting, given luke and scotty's hatred of each other. kelly or dr winters would be different since both are close friends with liz. i'd even be interested in claudia or kate.

blackjack, Serena would be good, she's older than LuLu, Maxie and the other girls in that age group, so she's perfect for Lucky. Plus the last time Scott was on he mentioned she lived on her own and was going to college. Good idea, maybe Erin Hershey Presley coulod come on and play her, great asctress who isn't working.

Wait, sorry Serena isn't older than Maxie. Well, Cam is older than Molly but that doesn't seem to matter.

I would love Serena and Lucky IF that means Scott and Laura popping in. I dont want Serena without family. Sarah Webber would be great too given her past with Nik.

But I think if NL is staying, the only place she makes sense on the canvas right now is with Lucky, so that would have to be my first choice. They have chemistry and it would be quite the quad. I have to say I am waiting for the day when Eliesalot realizes she let this great guy get away in order to involve herself with me for whom she never will be their first choice. But then again, I am also waiting for the day when Lucky finally solves a case (or even the PCPD as a whole would do). I doubt either will get written. Go TEAM LUCKY!! LOL.

I eventually want Nik with Claudia unless the writing gets fixed and then keep her with Sonny.

I'm not feeling it with Lulu and Dante. I like Dante and I like Lulu a hundred percent better now that she's not obsessing over Logan and/or Johnny. I like her better by herself, at least for a while. She actually acts like a mature person when she's alone. I just don't feel anything when I see scenes between her and Dante though; maybe they could be friends, but I don't like the romance side of it because Lulu's doing the whole "I don't like him" thing and that always means she'll fall in love with him and then be totally obsessed and wrapped up in the current boyfriend. It's old and boring and annoying!

As for what I'd like to see with Lucky, I'd like him to be totally rewritten. I want him to still step up for the boys, but I want him to be a cop instead of a bumbling idiot! To that end, I'd like Mack not to be a caricature (Sp?) anymore and I'd like the police to start acting like police. The way things are now, the mob should be running the police department and the police department should be the mob. Every time something happens and they need to find/catch someone, Spinelli and Jason are the ones who solve the case, not the cops. They always put two and two together and come up with zero; Lucky fingering Spinelli as Georgie's killer because of her unsent emails is a perfect example.

Awww...Team Lucky!! One day our fella is gonna get a break, lol. And ITA ladyofthelake, Lucky has turned out to be a great dad!!

Speaking of inconsistencies in aging, I can't get over the fact that the character of Sam is only about 10 years older than the character of Kristina. She was a very little girl when Sams baby died, which would have made sam a teenager. But such is the quandry of the SORAS!

Alexis is kicking ass in her scenes today, and so is Carly. Kristina also seems more natural.

Tried and true couples? Ain't no such thing on GH.

Liz and Lucky are incredibly BORING together.

Jason and Sam are incredibly BORING together.

Maxie and Spinelli are totally illogical together.

Olivia and Johnny are hot together but going NOWHERE.

Carly and Jax are predictable as a couple. Maybe Carly should unexpectedly give birth to triplets to give her something to do.

Sonny and Claudia are disgusting and unwatchable. MB has been phoning in his performances for years now and the Claudia character was ill-conceived no matter how brilliantly performed by SJB. The chemistry just isn't there any more. (Even though Jax is planning on destroying Claudia once the baby is born, I would really like to see Carly take Claudia out, as in kill the bitch when she finds out that Claudia was behind Michael's shooting.)

Rebecca leaves a bad taste in the mouth. It was a big mistake to bring Natalia Livingston back to the show. The character of Emily died, a true death. For goodness sakes, her body lay there in the ballroom for hours. Her mother is a doctor and would have known if there was any life in the cadaver. Helena, at whose door all bad Cassadine things are laid, would need to have had a ringer at Windemere at the right time to do a body switch.

Come on GH, let's get on to bigger and better things. Stop beating dead horses. Use some ingenuity and imagination. Give us something creative.

I like Carly and Jax together, but I never understand how he could forgive Carly for sleeping with and marrying Sonny again while not being able to forgive Brenda for kissing Sonny goodbye before their failed wedding.

ok - i've wanted for a long time for sly to come back. lucky will need a guy friend and depending who they cast emily (assuming they head that direction) could pair up with him. i always liked sly and lucky and this could put lucky in another male relationship that could strengthen his character. i agree, he's been a good dad to those boys the past few years.

eet - of course, scotty and laura would show up. if this were y&r, both generations would be involved and have their own stories as well as their kids.

if rebecca/emily stays there are few eligible guys. matt could use some attention with her or otherwise. i assume momentarily johnny will be available and depending on how the wedding plays out spinelli.

As for the going back to the couples that work--Didn't Guza just win a writing emmy for the Michael shooting and the Liason engagement???? Go back to Liason and see if it works--I bet the ratings will go sky high!!!!
If I can't have Liason I would like to see Liz with Dante and then Jason jealous!!! I just don't want to see Jake hurt and my Liason mad at each other!!!

As I understand the episode that won fro writing was the same day Liason got engaged.

Haven't had a chance to read the posts but I just read that the other person who dies at the carnival is Ronnie. That was his black hair we saw on the stretcher. Don't know if it's true but it makes sense right?
