One Life to Live Spoilers

Hello Y'all! I'm digging into my old bag of tricks and doing some One Life to Live Spoilers. Be sure to remember that it's a short week in Llanview with the show only airing live 3 days. So without further adieu, here are all the all the juicy spoilers for the week of November 23rd.
Schuyler/Stacy/Kim: Stacy and Kim continue their plan to dupe Rex into thinking he's going to be a proud papa. However, the two are adjusting Stacy's pregnancy pad when Schulyer walks in on them! The wheels start turning in his mind and he quickly figures out there is no way Rex could be the father of Stacy's baby. Ever the quick liar, Kim tells Schuyler that in fact he (Schuyler) is the true father of the baby as a result of the drunken night he and Stacy slept together. Schuyler doesn't believe her at first but with some quick convincing, he buys it hook, line, and sinker. The duo tell him to keep quiet about the truth if he really wants a shot with Gigi. Will Schuyler figure out Kim and Stacy are lying to him?
Dorian: Dorian finally admits defeat in the mayor's race and concedes to Viki. She plans to go to London and find David but doesn't quite make it. As Dorian's on her way out the door, she gets word that Viki abdicated her office due to her family turmoil. She decides to claim her title as mayor instead of following her heart to David. Did Dorian make the right decision?
Natalie/Rex/Roxy: If you thought these three didn't have the best relationship before, you haven't seen anything yet. Natalie has a talk with Rex and pleads with him to stay away from Mitch. Will Rex heed Natalie's words? Whether he does or not, the two end up seeing Roxy. They decide to cut off all ties with her, which devastates Roxy. However, Rex has a change of heart on Thanksgiving about her. Will it be a Thanksgiving to remember??
Jessica/Mitch: Mitch sends Jessica a highly disturbing message. Side Note: Is anyone else besides me just waiting for one Jessica's other personalities to come out because of this mess with Mitch? Also, Mitch gives a mysterious message to one of his people to move forward with the plan. What is Mitch's diabolical plan?
Clint/Bo/Nora/Matthew: Recovering from surgery, Matthew is eager to get back on his feet. In Llanview, Bo and Nora worry about Matthew. Clint sees this and feels they all need to be together. Therefore, Clint arranges for the whole family to fly out to Seattle and be with Matthew for Thanksgiving. The gang is thrilled when Matthew gets some feeling in his legs.
Todd/Tea/Ross: Todd saves the day when he rescues Tea from a violent Ross. When it's all over, Todd asks Tea questions about Danielle. Tea begins to tell Todd the truth, but Danielle walks in stopping Tea in her tracks. Nevertheless, Todd puts the pieces together and figures out who Danielle really is. He keeps quiet and the two begin to deal with Danielle's questions about what happened with Ross. Danielle refuses to believe Ross attacked Tea and blames the whole ordeal on Todd. The police show up and Danielle convinces them Todd and Tea tried to kidnap her. The police believe Danielle and arrest Todd and Tea. In route to the big house, Tea confesses to Todd that Danielle is his daughter. How will Todd react?

Yay! It's always nice to see that rare occasion when the front page gives its attention to OLTL.

Thanks for the spoilers.
Please end this Stacey mess. Nothing endears me to this character.
Why is Ross being thrown out with the dishwater. All this for Todd? Stop now. Tea can be a compelling character once she stops alternating from sniveling fool to shrieking banshee. Again, all this for Todd?
Funny how Mitch has only been on the show at points for less than three years and he can make an impact --I hope the writers avoid the camp they seem to adore and keep him a menace with bite.
Did Dorian make the right choice? Hell yeah. David never said he loved her and his constant leaving proves he does not love her. I wish they would give Dorian a real love interest and put him on contract. This idea that Dorian is the big bad in this relationship where David can never stay (because of TW's success elsewhere) is nonsense to me. I hate this constant tease with this couple when there is never a satisfying conclusion.
I enjoyed last years Thanksgiving episode. I have high hopes for this year's episode.

storylines like the Stacy Moronasco, that cartoonish
Mitch are the reason why OLTL gets low ratings!
who the F wants to see that rehashed mess everyday!? NOT I.
CBS Soaps In Depth published a nice article on how to save the soaps.
Focus on the familes!
More romance/love stories (the reason fans tuned into the show in the first place!!!)
No more of these ridiculous kidnappings and lame cartoonish villains!
ABC shouldve fired RC along with Chuck Pratt!!!!!!!

I can't wait to see Dorian have to pretend to be married to her campaign manager--which I am sure that she'll have to do if mayor. Speaking of which--no Kish? Darn. Although I am loving the Todd/Danny interaction. Talk about a chip off the ol' block.

I love the idea of Dorian as mayor for however long. Should be fun! Dorian will stand by her choices in advocating for equal rights when she becomes mayor. Did she make the right choice to pursue an office instead of flying to London? Yes. Why is she running behind a man who can't even tell her he loves her, has no job and has left her repeatedly? Wish TPTB would stop giving us this same story with Dorian and David year after year when everyone knows Tuc is going to leave and therefore David will leave. Write a REAL romance for Dorian, please! I liked Blair and Ross and was hoping the show was going in a different direction with Blair instead of everything in her life being about Todd. Good on OLTL for having an increase in ratings with Mitch. I love Roscoe Born and hope he sticks around.

As soon as I seen they were taking Ross and making him into this Ike Turner type character, I took OLTL off my DVR.
I loved Ross and Blair's chemistry. How in the world can they put those two together since Ross now all of a sudden is so violent. I know they had to figure out how to make Tea look like the good person for keeping Daniella away but now I hate her. Tea and Rachel was the reason I tuned back into OLTL.
They totally AJ'ed Ross. Even his own brother betrayed him.
I was waiting to see Kim seduce Bo but even that can't keep me watching

Thanks for the spoilers, Melodie! I'm looking forward to the scenes w/ Natalie, Rex and Roxy. When Rex rejected her before, it broke my heart and I'm sure these scenes will be equally as compelling.
I'm loving the girl who plays Dani. I think it's fun that she has the personality of both her parents. And I think it's pretty funny how she even looks like Todd, even though he has a new face now (everyone seems to forget that he had plastic surgery). Forget about Todd finding out he has another daughter; I can't wait to see STARR'S reaction! I hope there's lots of siblling rivalry there.
As for Natalie's reaction to Jared's death, was it too much to hope that she'd have some sort of "oh, no, not again!" reaction, alluding to when she was married to Cristian and HE was presumed dead? I would've loved to have seen her say, "well, wait a minute, Cristian "died" once, too but returned a year later; and now MItch Laurence is alive, maybe Jared isn't dead, either?" She's reacting almost the same exact way as she did when Cristian died, down to blaming John. I expect to see her at Rodi's playing pool any time, now. I would've liked to have seen her either say, "I can't do this, AGAIN!" or "No, he's NOT dead!; Cristian isn't, MItch isn't," etc. I"m dreaming, I know.
Edited to add: I forgot Natalie has actually been through the "grieving widow" s/l TWICE before, once w/ Cristian and once w/ John, although she and John weren't married when he was presumed dead. Geez, you'd think she'd be better at it by now, lol!

Can I sign on to lilyredd's post.
They could have put Blair & Ross together and had them fight TnT over custody of the kids. That would be better than what we have now (or Plan B: getting Blair back together with Todd).
Instead they throw Ross to the wolves to prop up TnT and have Plan B as their failsafe plan if all this propping does not work. From the low ratings, I would say TnT is not working as their IT Couple.

I totally agree with Islandof1. I hate the TnT propping and throwing Ross under the bus. I don't predict that he will stay much longer bechause he such a bad dad *roll eyes*
I love Mitch I don't find him cartoonish at all (ok maybe a little) but he is such a true evil bastard that it's a joy having him around spewing bible verses.

I like what I see. Dorian as mayor will be fun. That should have her involved in just about everything going on in town (considering how the last mayor seemed to intefere with the LPD).
I also can't wait to see the clash of Starr and Dani! That should be fun, especially if Dani eventually sets her sights on either Cole or Markko. (I think Matthew will eventually realize his Destiny.)
I hope that let Ross be redeeemable. With Dani and Blair on his side, I don't think we can write him off yet.
I'm as sick of Stacy and Kim as everyone else is, but I''m willing to see them get their comeuppance. Stacy is a walking disaster and I like seeing her fall on her face, which she does often. The idea of Kim seducing Bo, that's so laughable, I can only see it being played that way.
I would be happy with a week without the dull-as-dishwater Cristian and Layla, but I caution people...just because they aren't mentioned in the spoilers (Kish, as well), doesn't mean they won't be on this week. If past spoilers are any indication, they don't always tell the WHOLE story.

Dorian's mayoralty will make for an interesting situation but I wish that David Vickers Buchanan could have stuck around for a longer term. David and Dorian are just a great couple.
Dorian continued her self-destructive ways: she betrayed her heart for revenge against Viki.
Why?
For a job?? Anyone who's is an adult should know that jobs come and go. You either quit or you're fired/laid off. (Hello, Great Recession!!) Dorian has been a doctor, TV station owner, CEO, etc. Did any of those jobs bring her as much happiness as Herb, Mel or David or her family?

It didn't make sense for Tea to keep Ross' daughter from him. So what if he isn't the biological father? (Kevin, Joey, and Jessica aren't the biological children of Clint Buchanan but he loves them as if they were. Right?) After 14 years, why rip a child from a loving father? Now, we learn that Ross has a violent, murderous rage? Why?
Then there's Todd running to Tea's rescue. I can't get over the fact that we all know that Todd has a murderous, violent temper! He viciously beat his daughter's teenaged boyfriend and through his daughter down a flight of stairs.
Hello! Hello! Didn't Blair go through a divorce and win custody of Sam because she feared for the safety of her children? Now, we're to believe that Todd is the better man?
Over all, OLTL is the best written show on daytime that I watch (OLTL, ATWT, and Y&R).
I just wish that it would clear up its inconsistencies.

I think OLTL is making a huge mistake keeping Todd frontburner at all costs. Like a lot of viewers, I left during rapemance. They ended the sl but Todd did not suffer any repercussions, and was immediately paired with his defense attorney Tea, who declared that Todd was the love of her life, she made this declaration to Blair who concurred. So we now have two previously intelligent, professional women fighting over a man who just over a year ago was plotting to steal his granddaughter so that he could raise her on the run with a woman he was raping for the second time. I don't like Ross but the idea that his "anger" is such that he should not be allowed around Dani is offensive. Tea has apparently never loved him, which surely he suspected, and then she takes off with his daughter, are we really supposed to believe biology trumps 15 years of taking care of a child? As for Blair, her turnaround on Todd, she married John to keep him away from the kids, is unbelieveable and inorganic. And, if she wanted Todd, she would have known that telling him about Dani would have given her more currency than not telling him but Ron Carlavati is hellbent on making Todd the hero who saves Dani from the dangerous Ross.
Rex and Gigi have fans but I can't believe that even those fans are invested in the pentagram of Rex/Gigi/Stacy/Schuyler/Kim. I enjoyed Kim's introduction and the friendship with Stacy but at this point who cares about the baby? I hope they fold this story into the Mitch story otherwise zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
We have to suspend belief for our stories but the political stories are usually the worst, for example, there would be a law for succession in Llandview, there would not be a circumstance where the losing candidate could takeover should the mayor elect step down.
I don't like Christian and Layla as individuals or a couple. This will be the second set of sisters for Christian, yuch.
I am looking forward to IK getting more screen time and with Mr. Born. I am cautiously optimistic about a Destiny/Matthem/Dani triangle and Bo and Nora's reunion. I hope Greg and Rachel remain on the frontburner and Shaun gets a love interest. I love Fish but I don't like Kyle or Nick so I would love to see a new love interest for Fish., someone who will be an asset in gaining custody of the baby Stacy is carrying.

I respecfully disagree about David. This David thing is really a pet peeve of mine. It is about time Dorian had something to do other than play interfering aunt or mother. I love the idea that she is Bo and John's boss. I just hate that again she gets the "win" by default. Why can't the Cramer women ever win? Yes, jobs come and go (I doubt she will keep this long), but David comes and goes more than anyone ever in Dorian's life.
I do not see taking a powerful position in a town where you live with the family you adore and are not leaving to be a betrayal of one's heart. I know this is a minority position as everyone loves David, but I think David is the problem in the relationship. I have yet to find or see any scene this last go-around where David said he loved Dorian nor have I ever seen him fight for their relationship. He marries her sister, leaves to be a Bhuddist, leaves to be an actor, leaves to experience the London nightlife, leaves her at the freaking alter and on and on. I agree with Dorian's decisions -David is a flake who fails to demonstrate, at least to me, he loves her. Love does not constantly take a powder.

Layla and Christian are a great couple, the last few months are the best work David Fumero has done. They are too hot together.
As for Ross, I do not think he will be leaving OLTL. We went through almost the same thing with Brody and he is still on the canvas. I think they are trying to make Ross "tougher" becasue so many people kept complaining he was too much of a goof and a lounge lizard. I really enjoy the actor, so I hope he stays.
I am assuming Charlie is going to fall off the wagon in a serious way, and this will give Viki even more story. It would be great if he fell into Dorian's arms, giving the two ladies even more to fight about.
Ford is returning full-time in December, so I hope this gives Langston and Marko a serious story. Cole and Starr can be supporting players for a while. They have had too much airtime.
As for KISH, I heard Nick is going to be attacked and Kyle is going to help him out. This will make Oliver jealous. I love this story, and the three actors involved.

David will never stick around long-term. Tuc Watkins has a contract with another show yet OLTL continues to write a storyline for a 30 year vet (Robin Strasser) around the ins and outs of Tuc Watkin's contract with Desparate Housewives. I would like for OLTL to write a REAL romance for Dorian. I am tired of getting jerked around by David having to leave again and again. I have lost interest in that relationship (Dorian has to be blamed for making him leave or he simply leaves) and I would like OLTL to write a storyline romance for Dorian that has nothing to do with David, who will leave. Why should Dorian go anywhere when we all know David will not stick around? OLTL seems more obligated to an actor who does not have a contract with the show than to an actress who has 30 years with the network and the fans who have been demanding more of a storyline that is not based on whether Tuc is available. I have no problem with Tuc remaining on OLTL (when he is available) as his David is popular. My problem is that Dorian's story is tied up in what works out in Tuc's DH contract as Erika Slezak spelled out in her recent interview at advocate.com.

I like Viki because she's a good person AND Dorian because she's a bitch, but come on...Viki as mayor would be as dull as dishwater. Dorian as mayor. Now, THERE we have dramatic possibilities! :-)
Besides, if Viki is going to turn her back on the people who voted for her because she's got family issues, then she doesn't deserve to be mayor. Everybody's got family issues!

Thanks for the spoilers, Melodie!
I'm really looking forward to this upcoming week. Dorian as mayor will be awesome though she should have gone to London to see David. Stacey and Kim are really heating up, It should be interesting to see them try to rangle Schylar into this whole baby mess.
I'm also hoping Tess will come out because of this whole mess with Mitch. Go Tess, go!
The only thing I *don't* like about OLTL right now is Ross. I didn't think he was to bad at first, but last week did me in. I hope they're not trying to work in a DID or psychosis story with him. I wish they'd bring back the Ross that had so much potential with Blair. They don't necessarily need him to be out of control to cause trouble for Todd and Tea. Todd and Tea being involved in a custody battle with Ross would be exciting enough.

We've already had a crazy bitch mayor in Llanview (Alex Olanov). I would've preferred a more normal candidate.
Also, PLEASE bring Mel back from the dead! He's my favourite love interest of Dorian's.

Yes. I've been watching YouTube clips of them and they were the best.

Well, one thing is for sure, Stacy the Fiasco Morasco continues to be just that--a fiasco. It saddens me that Scott Clifton isn't given anything better to do than interact with two actresses(Crystal Hunt and Farrah Fath) who frankly can't keep up with him in the acting department--Fath is primo with the snarky one-liners, but otherwise EXTREMELY limited(for those who like all-around good acting with a little sass on the side, see Y&R's Elizabeth Henricksen).
As for the Mitch storyline, I have a very sneaking suspicion we will be seeing one Allison Perkins in the not so distant future; could be wrong, but I have a feeling the "messenger" that visited him in jail is indeed that sweet little nutjob. And....queue the return of Tess, Bess, et al.
I too would like to see Ross stick around (how ridiculously good is Michael Lowry? I mean, ex rapist and d-----bag Todd or utterly stunning specimen--of--a--man Ross? I do believe Tea is now smoking the same crack Blair's been on for years). That said, LOVING that little firecracker that plays Dani--that girl's a keeper for sure. And while I hate the Tea--is--obsessed--with--Todd bit, I do like that they've reconnected her with Rachel (who frankly is a decent character being shoehorned into a tired storyline with possibly the show's weakest male actor)and I hope they continue to rebuild that relationship.
And no Kyle/FIsh spoilers? Too bad--they're the show's best couple in my book.
