I'm going to give Darius McCrary a chance. Just because he doesn't, in appearance, seem to be a good fit for Malcolm doesn't mean he won't be good in the role. Let's give him a chance before calling this a failure. Also, I highly disagree that Nuke doesn't have chemistry, Mike. Yes, they've been saddled with less than stellar storylines, but I still love them. These plot points, make ups and breaks ups are the exact same thing they've been doing with CarJack and Lilden for years. And a big thank you to Jillian for telling Luke that Maura West as Carly is not the entire show. It's not As Carly's World Turns, thank God.

You really think that recasting Colleen Zenk Pinter as Bobbie on GH would get the character screentime? Seriously? The only way Bobbie could get screentime is if she were to start screwing Sonny or get shot by him.
And Jillian, if you've ever got the time, check out Michael Muhney on "Veronica Mars." He was really, really good. Snarky, nasty, and pretty damned funny. Good show all the way around.

Beth, I've heard he was great on VM and the show was also. Never seen it. People think I feel Muhney's a bad actor which's wrong. He's a good actor on the show.

They are writing Adam is a irreedeemable jerk to the point that I with Jamey that Adam needs to be killed off in a murder mystery. Now they are putting him with Sharon, the one who he stole her baby to give to Ashley is not making me like Adam or see him as a good guy who made a bad mistake. With Nicole, I see her as a flawed woman who did a very bad thing, but I feel bad for her, but not Adam.

I think the piling on on Mr. McCrary is pretty distasteful. What are you saying about the character of Malcolm? The casting is bad because he doesn't "look" like Shemar Moore? Does the character exist simply because of his looks? Is that all the Malcolm Winters represents in the show? If so, then YR should just cast a hair model, because appearance seems to be everything.
If, this character actually needs to ACT, maybe this casting isn't an utter disaster, but I wouldn't know, since he hasn't been on the show yet!!
