Great episode Jillian.  I listen to both the DC podcast and the We Love Soaps one so it was a nice treat to see them sort of combined for the week.  LOL

Loved the intro when they started out with the DC music and then scratched it and changed to their own intro.

I would never compare you to EB. You're your own girl.

Loved your interview Jillian. Always appreciate your candor and  as a person of color I agree with you regarding diversity in daytime.

Also, I don't know exactly which one of your interviewers said it but I also found it interesting that know matter what happens on a soap or what misdeeds they  themselves have committed(yes Jesse sweetheart Chief of PV hypocrites I'm calling you out....LOL) all year tptb always find a Black man to pray come holiday time or they are the ones leading the public service charge....Very Interesting

Jillian, love you on the show.  LOL.  You did great.  But I also wish that the panel would also ask the question of the women always being made to be victims or weak without men in their lives.   Jillian, I would love to see your answer to the question, LOL.

siomonstuart2003, I fully intended to Jillian's take on the depiction of women on soaps these days.  We just got so caught up in the various other subjects I completely spaced it.    We always video or record in the same room together and sometimes we're under a huge time crunch because we have the space for a set amount of time.  This week there was a whole acting troupe banging on the door as we were wrapping up.

Glad people enjoyed the opening.  I thought that would be funny.  Sometimes I'm the only person who thinks something is funny so glad a few others agreed with me this time. LOL

OOH! Roger's taking me out on a date! *LOL* I had fun with you and Damon. The intro was damn funny I can't stop grinning about i.

Oh come on Mike! If anyone at DC is going to throw a hissy fit over their contract it's Jamey! That would explain why he hasn't been on.

Thanks Roger and Jillian, I was just asking because I love the dialogue about the lack of diversity on soaps and the site and your opinions about the state of soaps.  JIllian, you are crazy and you tell it like it is.  Can't wait for the next episode.
