There are some surprises here - I would have expected to see Debbi Morgan (AMC) and Laura Wright (GL - Cassie was definitely a lead when LW was playing her, imo)

And I always thought of NLG (GH), JF (B&B) and JB (AMC) as supporting actresses.

Where is Genie Francis? She was not recurring the whole decade!

Nancy Lee Grahn

I was torn up with this one. I love Cady McClain, Nancy Lee Grahn, and Beth Ehlers. All three are amazing actors.  For this past decade, thinking back on their storylines, I had to vote for Beth. She outshines the others. Also, I gotta go with GL choices since GL is no longer around and I started watching GL in 2000. This decade was my time with GL, and it's bittersweet to reflect on it.

I was torn - Michelle Stafford, Deidre Hall, Victoria Rowell, Alison Sweeney - but i went with Lyndsay Harltey (of course). But I had my finger on that Michelle Stafford button for a hot minute.  

Why Victoria Rowell?  When was she even on?

I wanted to  votef or Susan Lucci, but I had to be honest with myself and go with Robin Strasser. She's definitly had more material to play than Ms. Lucci!

You gotta go with Crystal Chappell, as Olivia Spencer. Olivia convincingly played a late-in-life lesbian, after ten years of being in love with men. If you recall, she started off on GL in love with Prince Richard, then Josh Lewis, then Philip Spaulding, then Alan Spaulding, Buzz Cooper, Frank Cooper, etc. The fact that she can be so earnest and so believable in the face of all of her character's 180 degree lifestyle decisions (which I still believe were not true to her character and how much he LOVED MEN), shows what a versatile, wonderful, sexy, charming, and engaging actress she really is.

Crystal Chappell for playing Olivia Spencer on GL. Olivia's 10 year journey on the show seemed to end perfectly. She could never get a relationship to work with a man because maybe she was always meant to be with a women. Crystal played it beautifully.  CC has continued making a name for herself now that GL is over with returning to Days and starting Venice.

Crystal Chappell...to this date, I can't get over the San Cristobal scene when Olivia confronts her rapist , Mr. Jeffrey O'neil.
There are just too many unforgettable scenes.

I wish Kelly Ripa was on this list.  Maybe she'll make it to supporting actress-- but she was always one of my faves on AMC!

I personally could not vote for anyone dumb enough to wear  a dress with OBAMA on it.
We were honoring the EMMY'S, not running a campaign for an election.  She did get honors for wearing it though,  considered worse dressed person at EMMY's,  so I guess she got the attention she was looking for.  In case anyone in dark here,  Google Victoria Rowell and you will see what they thought of her and her tablecloth at the EMMY'S

Well its a run-away just like I expected it to be.  Crystal Chappell hands down deserves the Lead Actress of the Decade award. I didn't even see anybody else the last two years.  Susan who? Maura who?  Erika who?...Yeah no.  Crystal Chappell ran circles around everybody. 

Although....I really really wanted to vote for Michelle Stafford too.  That bitch can straight up and down ACT.  Phyllis is the main reason why I'm still watching that hot mess otherwise known as The Young and the Restless.
