Taylor: As the holidays approach, the good doctor is rocked by Phoebe's absence.
Donna: She declines to invite Bill for the holidays. Katie is conflicted about who to spend Christmas with.
Steffy: She pitches a new campaign to Bill for the new Forrester Creation collection. He's not moved by her idea.
Nick: He, along with Jackie, throw a Christmas bash and send invites to the Jackie M. crew.
Brooke: She's struggles with uniting with Ridge in his quest to con Bill and Katie out of control of Forrester Creations.
Sandy: She's hired on at Jackie M in a tough job title.
Bridget: She's extremely thankful for Sandy giving her a child.
Stephanie: She goes down memory lane and thinks of Sally. Stephanie comes to the realization about her current situation and is very happy with her life.
Eric: He talks to Ridge and Brooke about his plans for Forrester Creations and realizes everything starting to fall into place.
Watch for a family to be torn apart when business takes a hit.

Thanks for the spoilers, Jillian. I'd rather see Katie and Bill stay in control of FC. It's not like Eric and Ridge will do any work any way if they get control again. It will be the same ol' six and seven: Donna and Eric will pour honey all over each other in the office (ewwww!!). Ridge and Brooke will play tonsil hockey in the steam room. No wonder the company nearly tanked!

And since I'm new to B&B (but not totally lost thanks to you and Smitty on twitter) who is Sally? And is there any news yet on what happened to Agnes/Sandy? SJB is such an amazing actress, and I love watching her and Jack Wagner together.

WHO IS SALLY!?!? OMG! That's treason! *LOL* Sally Spectra owned Spectra designs. She would sell knock offs of the Forrester Creations collections. She was a bargain basement version of the Forresters. For years she had a feud with the Forresters and it eased up over years especially when Thorne started dating Macy. Macy's Sally's daughter. JAckie M is where Spectra used to be. The actress portraying Sally, Darlene Conley died a few years ago but B&B doesn't have the heart to kill off the character because she was very popular so they've said she's living on tropical islands and is out of the fashion game.

To add to what Jillian said, Stephanie resented Sally's knocking off and even stealing Forrester designs, even after Thorne married Macy. Steph felt like Sally was a Forrester wannabe. But in later years, after Sally really hit rock bottom a few times, she and Stephanie formed a close friendship.
Sally had a whole family of characters around her, but most were killed off. The only ones who are still around are Clarke (who designed for her and now works for Jackie M, although we barely see him) and her and Clarke's son CJ, who owns the Insomnia Coffee House (and has expanded to some other locations outside LA).
