What makes you decide it's time to give Hope a case of "SORAS" (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome)? Brad Bell: Steffy was a bit of an island. She was our twentysomething and we needed to round that out, so we brought in Kim Matula as Hope and Zack Conroy as Oliver -- two great, interesting actors who are going to bring a whole new generation to the fore.

Bradley Bell : congrats to hiring Zach Conroy ! I really enjoyed seeing him on GL. Great move on Bradley Bell's part.
Dumb Bell: calling Jacqueline MacInnes "a powerhouse". I must admit she is attractive and has a nice voice. I really do like hearing her talk and she's pretty but she's not a Powerhouse.

Californiaguy, I agree that JMW is pretty and has a nice voice. At first I thought she was a perfect fit for the part. She bears a striking resemblance to Hunter Tylo and her acting wasn't so bad at first. I thought she might even have the potential to possibly be the next Jennifer Finnigan, but then something when horribly wrong, her performances changed from subtle to stiff and her beautiful hair turned into a hot mess.
Due to her promising start, I still think there could be hope for her if they'd address the problem and hire her an acting coach. But since Brad Bell thinks she's such a powerhouse, we are probably condemned to hair model hell with her.

damn Brad Bell got some respect from me for hiring Zack Conroy. Still wish he was Kyle Abbott on Y&R but I'll take him either way.
Lost some respect for calling JMW a powerhouse & the next Stephanie Forrester.

Y&R's lost is B&B's gain once again....I'm happy for B&B but we need a Kyle Abbott and he would have fit for that role
