If I didn't know Kiefer beats the living daylights out of Kristina then they would be a cute couple, I still love the actor that plays him.  I'm looking forward to this storyline moving along I think it could be really great.

Look for the beating Kristina lies about to be a frighteningly brutal one.

Boo, I want Maya with Johnny but if Ethan works with Johnny then maybe Maya and Johnny will meet up now and then.

Of course LnL2 is getting back together, all them flashbacks aren't for nothing.  Whatevs, I give up I wanted something better for Lucky but oh well.

Maybe the story includes Valentin finally offing Helena, as she feared?

I hate that bastard Lucky. All the heavyhanded writing has made me hate Lucky for the first time ever. I mean I hate him with a passion.  Bring on a new guy for Liz. Someone not attached to any family members.

I hate Spixie. I hate Spinelli. 

This show basically sucks balls.

Why in the freak would TIIC break up CarJax. Why. The only time LW's Carly has tolerable is with Jax.

Gosh I wish they would mix Lucky up with some other females!! Problem being there are too few females on the show! I was never a huge Liz fan and this storyline has completely ruined her and when they are together it's a snoozefest.

 One more guy blaming the way he his on his childhood?  I dated a guy in college who claimed he was the way he was because his dad smacked him around.  Somehow, when the boyfriend was slapping me around his excuses meant very little.  But that's just me.

Well apparently it's not going to be okay for Keifer to pull the "abused" card but it's totally okay for Sonny to do it.  RME.

 But Sonny is a good man!  Isn't that what we've been hearing for the last two weeks?  He's so charming and has those dimples.  And he loves his kids!

Having Kiefer being abused himself might not be original but it is also common a occurence whether people like it or not.  I'm super duper excited about this storyline kicking into high gear.

I thought about what Sonny's reaction would be, but screw Sonny, can you all immagine Michael reaction?  When he found out that Kristina and Kiefer had sex he wanted to kill Kiefer.

Wow, they really can't write a good s/l for a Jason pairing anymore.  I think that the character has outlived his usefulness as a leading man. 

Maybe Kiefer is lying and he is just saying his father beat him so Krissy will not leave him, cater to him and put up with his crap.

Now what would be a shocker is if it was the mother that was the abuser and not the dad. Thats how I would write it. I knew a woman that beat on her kids and husband so I know it happens. Also saw a movie where the man went to a shelter to get help and to get his baby because the woman was the abuser. I think it was Chris Noth (Law & Order) that starred in the movie.

And then there are cases of people being abusers with out having that kind of upbringing or background. He may just be a bad seed. LOL

I'm glad to see Spixie reaffriming their love. I love Spixie, love Spinelli even more.

Oh for the love of God, Please give Sam a storyline that doesn't involve Jason. I love Jasam but I want my girl Sam to have something else.

This is after all the Sonny and Jason show. And the ratings spike will just reinforce that! Not to worry, soon Dante will be at the helm of the Corinthos organization and LuLu will be his Carly.
Why hasn't Laura at least called while her children are in turmoil? That just sucks. Believe me, if they brought her back, GH would give Y&R a run for its money, Sonny and Jason nothwithstanding!

I love Spinelli and always thought there should be more back story on him. There had been RUMORS that could be happening but again those are just RUMORS. 

I'm not a fan of Sonny's same old rationalizing, but Kiefer and Kristina's story I'm giving them a little time to tell it. I'm intrigued to see what they do. Someone Kiefer's age is still dealing, a man Sonny's age needs to learn to take responsibility for his own actions and stop blaming it on his past. 

Sam... I may not be a fan but I've always said she needs a story that she drives on her own, it's been far too long. 

Returns... from what I understand none are in the works. 

I'm sure this is just wishful thinking, but the Dante shooting and Kiefer reveal could be written in such a way to allow for Sonny's redemption, if done correctly.  Hear me out, LOL.

The aftermath of the Dante shooting has Sonny thinking that he can make amends by 1) explaining that he wouldn't have done it if he'd known Dante was his son (*snort!*) and 2) explaining the rough background he had with Deke (and his mother's choices).  Basically, he is arguing on some level that, since he doesn't BEAT his children, then he's basically a good guy who only uses violence and intimidation to get his way when absolutely necessary.  (I can't even type that sentence without rolling my eyes, LOL.)

Done properly, the Kiefer reveal could serve to show Sonny that physical violence isn't the only way you could abuse/neglect the people you love.  No, Sonny doesn't hit Kristina, but if he hadn't pretty much just ignored her for most of her life and worked so hard on his image as a powerful mobster, then perhaps Kristina would not have gotten involved with someone who could be charming and sweet one moment and cold and cruel another.  I mean, he didn't have to actually HIT any of his former loves to convey that women are merely possessions to be marginalized and disposed of at will.

Sigh...of course, the reality is that Sonny is probably going to put a hit out on Kiefer or kill him himself, thereby "eliminating the threat" without the hassle of having to learn anything about his own shortcomings as a man.

like the writers are that smart.........

the story could also be a chance for Alexis to realize how much damage she has done by................................

1. doing everything she could to keep Kristina out of her fathers life, and reinforcing the idea that she is unwanted and unloved by the one true male figure in her world.
2. it could wake her up to the example she has set for her daughter, by constantly being in relationships with men who are unstable, dangerous, and other wise abusive.  

in other words,  maby she will see that a mothers choice in men, sets the prime example for the daugters choices later on down the road.

but since we have all seen that happen in real life, it is probably too realistic for the wriuters to wrap their heads around.

Curacaoman~~ Forget theat Dante -Lulu scenerio-- not going to happen? Why DZ is too popular to ruin the character and 2ndly --too many people are"predicting" -- they'd lose a LOT of viewers by doing that---- even they are smarter than to do that

Think Iread some place that Genie Francis IS supposed to be on for a while in the coming months.

Samrocks -- I aggree with you  on that proposed scenerio and woule really think it would be an interesting story line-- and would like to see it go that route

I think the ratings spike happened because people were hoping that Sonny was finally going down via Dante. Just like when people thought Claudia was going to be a goner when she got in the car accident. Silly wabbits, we all know the whitewashing has begun, they will even sink to enlisting M&M to influence Dante that he can't possibly go after Sonny because he is this 'great guy'. 

JMIAH - I was thinking the same thing.  I mean we had a spike this large during the Carnival which was promoted ad naseum, I am more interested in this past week because it was a very good follow-up week.  But I will give GH some leeway as a lot of eact  coast ABC affiliations got booted because of the snowstorm

There was some CHATTER of Genie's return being worked on and with JJ back onscreen it seemed that they just HAD to bring her back but from what I understand, it is not in the works.
