DAYS BYTES: Sami (Alison Sweeney) to Marlena (Deidre Hall): “Tell me what you know about my son or get out!” Was that terror on Sami’s face when Will (Chandler Massey) revealed he’d told Marlena about Sami sleeping with EJ (James Scott)?
I can’t believe I’m about to say this, but is Will being too hard on Sami? One thing’s for sure, he’s more like his mother than he wants to admit.
Days of Our Lives has drastically improved since Dena Higley’s reign of terror ended and DAYS 2.0 kicked off. Unfortunately, few storylines–outside of those involving Sami, Will and Marlena–pack the emotional punch or “Must See” status the flaxen-haired trio are delivering. DAYS has come a long ways in a very short time, but something is missing. When DAYS finds that piece of the puzzle it will be propelled to another level.
Sarah Brown’s Madison is so much more enjoyable than Agnes on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Victor (John Aniston) + Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) = #MoneyCouple.
GH BYTES: Hmmmmm…. “burned beyond recognition.” We all know what that usually means, don’t we?
Finola Hughes and Jason Thompson hit their scenes out of the damn park. Patrick: “She went in to get Jason’s (Steve Burton) protocol. She lost her life for that son of a bitch.” A show of hands for those who anticipate Patrick seeking revenge on Jason?
How pissed is Jason going to be when he finds out Sam (Kelly Monaco) lied to him about Robin (Kelly McCullough)?
Sonny (Maurice Benard) has never been my favorite character, but the father/son scenes between him and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) rarely fall flat.
Does Carly (Laura Wright) still love Sonny? Johnny (Brandon Barash) thinks so. Carly claims she doesn’t want Sonny. How many times have we heard that one before?
On a sizzling scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is scorchingly hot, how hot do you think Carly and Johnny are?
B&B BYTES: Is Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) really the woman Ridge (Ronn Moss) met all those years ago?
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood): “I will remain Steffy Spencer until the day I die.” I’m sure something could be arranged to take care of that.
I just can’t imagine what reason Hope (Kim Matula) might have to be insecure about Steffy; can you?
Bill (Don Diamont) and Ridge need their own comedy tour. I’d definitely pay at least dollar bill to watch it.
Y&R BYTES: Giant ass note in flashing neon lights to Jill (Jess Walton) — Cane (Daniel Goddard) is not your son, Billy (Billy Miller) is!
Way too much time and too many plots are revolving around Angelina (Diana DeGarmo). I have no problem with the actress or characters that provide comedic relief, but this is asinine. Too bad Bobby Marcino (John Enos) can’t come back to Genoa City and fit Angelo (Mike Starr) with a pair of cement boots.
Who else misses Brittany Hodges (Lauren Woodland)?
