All My Children alumsare continuing to make it do what it do, post cancellation. Thorsten Kaye is playing Anjelica Huston's lover on NBC's Smash; Susan Lucci is recurring on Army Wives and has booked a hgh profile pilot. Then there's Denise Vasi. The actress who played Jesse and Angie's daughter-in-law during the ABC Daytime soap opera's final few years on the air, will appear in Season 2 of VH1's hit dramedy Single Ladies.
Vasi, who replaces Stacey Dash in the cast, is playing Raquel, a close friend to Keisha (LisaRaye McCoy). While we weren't exactly wowed by Vasi's work on AMC, today is a new day and Single Ladies is a new soap! We're hoping the pretty starlet will be able to do work on VH1. Season 2 of Single Ladies premieres this summer on VH1. For more behind-the-scenes pics click here!
