Bold and Beautiful's Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Learned of Daytime Emmy Nod on Italy's Adriatic Sea!






Jacqueline MacInnes Wood's character Steffy Forrester may or may not get her man in Italy on CBS Daytime's The Bold and the Beautiful, but that's exactly where the actress received word of her Daytime Emmy nomination. Wood tells Soap Opera Digest she was just about shoot a scene at one of the boot country's most famous locals when her boss Brad Bell informed her of the news.

"I was just about to shoot a scene in the Adriatic sea in Italy," Wood laughs. "The water was only 54 degrees! [Executive Producer/Head Writer] Brad Bell came up to me and said, "How does it feel to be Emmy nominated?

MacInnes Wood will face off against Days of Our Lives' Molly Burnett (Melanie) and Shelley Hennig (ex-Stephanie) and The Young and the Restless star Christel Khalil (Lily) in the Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series category when the Daytime Emmys air June 23.
