General Hospital’sFlorencia Lozano last appeared on the Daytime Confidential Top 20 while Lozano was still on One Life to Live in September 2010. The news of Tea's impending arrival in Port Charles propelled her back onto the DC Top 20 in April.

If Chappell were to claim the No. 1 spot while on B&B she would be the only actress to have earned the ranking while on three different soaps.

In March former General Hospital star Kirsten Storms tied with Crystal Chappell for the most number of months as No. 1 on the Daytime Confidential Top 20. In April she became the first actor to earn a record setting six times at No 1.

Fan interest in Storms has been so strong she’s ranked No. 1 for six out of the last seven months. Only The Young and the Restless’Jeanne Cooper spoiled Storms consecutive run at No. 1.
