HomeTVGeneral HospitalGeneral Hospital Averaged 2.3 For First Three Days in New Timeslot! Jamey Giddens September 14, 2012 4 Comments People seem to be able to find ABC Daytime's General Hospital just fine in the soap's new 2 pm EST/1 pm PST and C timeslot. According to TV Media Insights, GH averaged a stellar 2.3 for the first three days of the week. The soap is up 15 percent in households over lead-in The Chew and a whopping 80 percent among women 25-54. The almost 50-year-old drama is also averaging 20 percent higher than One Life to Live's Sept. 2011 numbers in the same demo. 4 Responses ANGELWENDY15 September 14, 2012 I am so happy about this news!!! I just hope GH can maintain the ratings and keep going up. That show with Edward Q. was the best, made me cry! Never watched The Chew, wish it would be cancelled, still wish they’d bring back OLTL. There are so many great actors on GH, almost too many. Just read Genie Francis was fired from Y&R. Can Laura be possibly coming back, and what about Tristian Rogers, now that she is gone from Y &R? Seems like Jill Phelps is cleaning house over Y &R, will Steve Burton soon be on??? The minute I heard she was taking over Y &R I had a feeling about Steve, and that Genie would be gone. I am happy GH is getting better ratings, happy Jax is alive (keep him on), now, bring back Laura, somehow Alan Q., Lucy Coe Scotty, all those great vets!
