The Young and the Restless’Genie Francis last appeared on the Daytime Confidential Top 20 in April of 2012 at No. 17. In October she landed at No. 19.

It took a General Hospital favorite to dethrone a General Hospital favorite. In August, Steve Burton ranked No. 3. In September he edged up one spot to No. 2 and in October he claimed the No. 1 ranking on the Daytime Confidential Top 20.
