HomeTVDays of Our LivesWill Chloe’s Ego Be Her Downfall on Days of Our Lives? Luke Kerr March 21, 2013 Days of Our Lives, TV Recap 4 Comments Kristen (Eileen Davidson) accepted Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) marriage proposal. When she questioned his timing, Brady insisted it was because he loves her. Later Brady met with John (Drake Hogestyn), who tried to apologize to his son. Nancy (Patrika Darbo) told Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) to chill out and to take the ego out of her manipulations of Dr. Hairy Chest (Shawn Christian). Nancy insisted Chloe was overplaying her hand. Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) told Abby (Kate Mansi) that Daniel was the last person she wanted to talk to. Of course the next scene was of Daniel realizing he had to talk to Jennifer before she left town. Nicole (Arianne Zucker) showed up at Daniel’s house and quickly started arguing with Nancy about Chloe. Nicole and Nancy's scenes provided humor for the episode. Chloe bumped into Jennifer in Horton Square. The two resumed their verbal sparring. Nick (Blake Berris) and Gabi (Camila Banus) spent a bunch of time humping bunnies, until Caroline (Peggy McKay) called and asked her to fill in at The Brady Pub. Hope (Kristian Alfonso), Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Vargas (Sean Douglas) showed up to eat at The Brady Pub, where Gabi was now filling in. Hope and Eric talked about Nick and Gabi’s recent marriage, as Vargas listened. As they left, Vargas shot Gabi one last look before exiting the restaurant. Later, Gabi told Nick she wanted to share one of the baby gifts with Will (Chandler Massey). Nick said Will couldn’t be a part of it. When she questioned what was going on, Nick revealed that Will signed away his parental rights. The episode ended with Daniel at the cabin looking for Jennifer. Will he be able to make things right with her? 4 Responses SoapArmageddon March 21, 2013 Those Nicole vs. Nancy scenes were comedy gold. If the sight of half-naked, hunky Vargas isn’t enough to banish all thoughts of saintly Eric from Nicole’s mind, then that girl (and the writers) is truly insane. Wonder how that would sit with Sami who can’t get off her self-righteous arse to help her grandmother. I would love to see Nancy and Ann team up to make Chicken Little Horton and her little demon spawn, Bratigail’s, lives miserable. I am slowly growing to like Nadia Bjorlin. Kinda. Sorta. Log in to Reply Margaret Thatcher March 21, 2013 I wouldn’t call it ego. Chloe is OBSESSED with Daniel. She is emotionally unstable and I believe, headed for a breakdown. When she dashed off to the cabin and saw Daniel and Jennifer doing the nasty, her face said it all. Here is a golden opportunity for the writers to turn Chloe into a real monster. Maybe she will kidnap Daniel or poison Jennifer (I would love this and Jennifer would be gone) but in any case, making Chloe crazy would be a lot of fun for the viewers.
