Miller definitely deserved it! His reel was great.

When I saw that the odds on Michael Fairman's website for these two guys were both picked lower than Bradford Anderson, I still had hoped that one of these two guys won! Alas, they both did! WOOT! Way to go Scott and Billy!

WTH is a "TIE" in an awards show? This just sounds like they couldn't make up their mind, and decided to give two awards.

Furthermore, Scott Clifton didn't really deserve it anyway, they could have just given it to Billy Miller and be done with it.

Fairman's picks were odd at best. I'm not sure he watched the submitted scenes. IMO.

I was hoping Bradford A would finally get it since the others won already. But, Scott C.????That whole Hope/Liam/Steffy story is beyond stupid. Congrats to Billy M., a good actor!!!!

Everyone deserves the right to win. I just for the life of me can't imagine one scene Scott C did that deserves an award.

IMO, this was the weakest category. Billy Miller's scene was not that good. Thank goodness Jeff Branson didn't win.

Billy did not deserve this. He's had no good material since being paired with that leech. Ugh IMO!

So glad Billy won. And Scott. I remember when Scott was let go from OLTL. I remember reading his tweets. He left NY and headed back to LA starting all over again from square one. And he pulled himself out from under and made a wonderful life for himself since that horrible time for him. His story was something I always remembered. A good luck story for sure. Love to him.

Way to go, Billy and Scott! Both had excellent reels and scene partners! Definitely the Emmy shocker with two winners. lol

Miller's scenes with Peter B were great. Good choice and well deserved.
