(VIDEO) Jamey Giddens July 16, 2013 3 Comments Grrl power is in full effect today on CBS Daytime's The Bold and the Beautiful. A newly-empowered Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) rejoices with Karen (Joanna Johnson) and Danielle (Crystal Chappell), after fully seizing control of Spencer Publications. Elsewhere in SoCal, Karen and Dani's scheming daughter, Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) is still trying to utilize a web series—and hunky Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor)—to bust up Maya (Karla Mosley) and Rick (Jacob Young). Watch a sneak peek of today's B&B after the jump! 3 Responses dqh257 July 17, 2013 I actually thought that they were toying with the idea of a lesbian love triangle at times. Both Karen and Danielle have flirted with Katie and have been a soft place to land prior to and since the divorce. I actually think Katie would consider loving a woman, especially after how Bill mistreated her and that would actually be a very interesting storyline. Wouldn’t be the first gay love triangle on soaps? But why didn’t they fire Alison? Don’t we all see it coming that she’s going to be Bill’s mole at the company until he can find a way to wrest control back from Katie? Log in to Reply The_Moustache July 17, 2013 the show is great with Katie, and then they show a scene with Caroline/Mayra/Rick and it all goes downhill. Log in to Reply SZima July 17, 2013 It’s nice that this show sometimes shows strong women and women as friends. But then tomorrow they’ll feature Brooke again and it will all go downhill. I’m loving Caroline scheming! Finally she’s interesting. But Maya is boring as hell, so it that end of the storyline doesn’t hold up. And really, Rick is worth all this? Well, I guess if Liam is, Rick is. There are so few storylines that are worth watching on this show, and since it’s only 30 minutes long, you can go weeks without seeing anything good. But the whole Katie/Bill SL has been worth it’s weight in gold. Too bad they can’t all be this good. Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel Reply You must be logged in to post a comment.
