Amber Tamblyn Joins Two And A Half Men

General Hospital alum Amber Tamblyn has a new primetime gig. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tamblyn will star in the upcoming season of Two and a Half Men.

The trade paper reports Tamblyn will play the recurring role of Jenny, the late Charlie Harper’s (Charlie Sheen) long-lost lesbian daughter. It seems Jenny relocates to Los Angeles to take a stab at acting and wants to know her dad’s side of the family a little more.

Tamblyn’s role has the option to be placed as a series regular after she recurs for five episodes. The House star fills the void Angus T. Jones  left, since the 19-year-old has been placed on recurring in order to attend college.

Season 11 of Two and a Half Men begins Sept. 26 at 9:30 pm EST on CBS.

Loved her Emily and especially with Chad Brannon’S Zander. Good times indeed. Joan of Arcadia was quality stuff, too. Spiritually uplifting without being “preachy” or beating you over the head…. 0:)
