Perkie's Observations: Robin Phones a Friend on General Hospital

Faison is horrified and disgusted to see Liesl instead of Anna.  He’s upset at what Dr. Obrecht has put him through by raising his hopes and then dashing them.  Dr. Obrecht tells him he has a grandson.

Anna tells the guard she’s there to see Faison. She gets confused when the guard tells her that Anna Devane is already in with Faison.  The guard heads off to find out what is going on. Anna gets a call from Duke, who explains Olivia’s vision.  Anna explains to Duke that she had to speak with Faison to get information. She promises she won’t be kissing Faison.

Robin says she has the cure and wants to be let go.  Jerry says he’s planning on testing it on someone else first.

Tracy sits at Luke’s bedside as he continues to get worst.  He worries that it may be too late for him in terms of the cure.  Luke declares his love for Tracy, who feels he’s giving up and that it’s easy to say on his deathbed.  Luke swears that if he survives this he’ll give her everything she wants.

Nikolas lets Britt know that Anna is out of the country, but promises that other are searching for Ben.   Britt finds an email from her mother, with a video, showing her that Ben is fine.  Nik asks where Dr. Obrecht would have taken the baby and Britt realizes that Ben was taken to Faison.  Britt admits that Faison is her father.

Patrick is looking at the plane tickets he bought for Robin, when Sabrina walks in. She assumes they are for her.  Patrick quickly explains that they were a birthday present for Robin, who’s on his mind.  Sabrina wonders if it’s another way to hold on to Robin. Patrick feels he’s ready to let go and thinks he’s accepted her passing.  Sabrina says she understands the need to grieve.  Patrick reassures her that they will go on their own trip.

Dr. Obrecht explains that Britt had a son, who will carry on Faison’s legacy.  She wants to bring him to the child and tells him that he’s on Cassadine Island.  Faison doesn’t understand how she plans on getting him out of prison. Liesl explains that disguised as Anna she can fool the guards and take him out.

Jerry takes the cure to Luke and is about to give him a small portion when Tracy demands the entire vial.

Robin finds a cell phone in Jerry’s coat and tries to call out.  Patrick gets a phone call.

Anna insists there is only one of her.  Dr. Obrecht puts the Anna mask back on, ready to make plans to transfer Faison.  The two women run into each other.

I'm probably alone here, but I found Friday's show terribly predictable boring. And hate the stupid mask stuff.

AMAZING episode!

How fantastic would it be if Anna said "Alex?"

I have to admit if you take Sabrina out of this equation, the entire episode was enjoyable to watch. Sure, Dr O having a mask at the ready of Anna is sooooooooooooooooooooo far fetched that I wanted to scream at the TV but this is cartoony's writing so as long as it ain't OVERLY simplistic and stupid (that isn't a compliment at their writing) than I am satisfied.

I LOVE LUKE AND TRACEY and I hope that the writers finally put a nail in the coffin of Luke and Laura. That couple was for a specific generation in time and now, Luke with Tracey is a new generation. There is an uncanny chemistry between these two individuals that allow them to have story separate from one another yet keep them tied together at all times. Luke is Tracey's go to guy while Tracey is his sounding board and comrade. The actors real life friendship truly is shown in the back and forth on screen.

I hope, though, that somewhere along the way the writers give us a small story where we see Luke and Laura finally put their love story to rest and remain friends. Having Laura run off to find Luke and not return was ridiculous seeing that she just married Scotty. I think we need to see that love story either die with Scotty and Laura is shown as a stronger woman or this new declaration to Tracey will mean nothing.

And on an end note, I know Jerry is that go to guy for all things easily bad on the show for years now, but I think its time for the character to die. Not only will it just go to show that evil DOESN"T pay but we don't have to see yet another character escape and NO ONE GOES TO FIND HIM until he returns and terrorizes the whole town again without anyone knowing. Lets see Tracey get that vial and Luke takes it all and then Robin is saved and Jerry is not. Let's see Jerry beg for help only for time to have run out and he dies. Have him say hes sorry for everything he has done (since they made that a hallmark of why Jax has always helped him because his brother is good deep down) but he still dies.

Even though they were not shown SADLY BECAUSE I LOVE THEM... but do Derek and Ava have to be soooooooo stupid to not only talk about their plan to destroy Sonny out in the open in ear shot of everyone ALL THE TIME but does Derek have to be such a fool that he thinks Duke will never figure out who he is while under his employ?! Come on. I will buy it if the story is told smart.

Absolutely stunning, superb, classic soap opera. I even enjoyed Suckbrina because I know she's going to get kicked to the curb soon.

I didn't watch GH during the Robin years at all but I really love KM. She's a great actress and looks like a real person. I really enjoy that.

Another great episode. Faison totally cracked me up. From his disgust from kissing Obrecht...his disdain of his daughter Britta...KNOCKING his head on the wall LMAO... and then his reluctant interest in his "grandson"...he had me thoroughly entertained. He really can't stand Dr O. I don't get why Britt didn't think of Faison sooner. She knows how her mother obsesses on him. Have you noticed that KT is forever in the flattest of flats now. I believe she might actually be a inch taller than TC in reality. She will probably never be able to wear heels as long as they are being paired. She is a tall girl. I think TC is about 5'10'' at least.

I like Luke and Tracy together...but I am a GF fan, and I am not happy she got shoved out of this story line...so I am not going to comment too much in this area.

Sabrina has selective reading. She was able to read Paris on the ticket, but Robin's name at the top was invisible to her apparently. They dropped the ball with this story line. It is completely obvious that Patrick is still hung up on Robin....He may love and care about Sabrina...but not in anyway close to what he feels for Robin. The writers are making this very clear... We all know how this is going to end up...It is missing the mark. If he had moved on with Elizabeth it would have been a bigger upset, and more of a impact... than someone like Sabrina. Robin doesn't know Sabrina...Elizabeth was her friend...This whole time that Patrick dated Sabrina, we have all know Robin is alive and would come back. It wouldn't make sense for anyone to get invested in this new couple, knowing he would always choose Robin. At least with Liz it would have had more layers to the story. Robin suggested it...both having kids and them mixing together...then being ripped apart...To me it would have been more dramatic. I can't wait for Patrick to walk away from Sabrina. She sux the life right out of him.

Can't wait for Mon to see the Annas showdown, and the Patrick/Robin phone call. My Scorpios are front and center. Smile

Loving GH right now.

Hi All....I too am loving pretty much every minute of GH right now. All of the Scorpio stuff is just great. I'm not sure what sort of conflict they are going to give Robin and Patrick in the beginning (hopefully not amnesia, perhaps some sort of PTSD for Robin?) but I hope they don't try to make a Robin/Patrick/Soboringa triangle because it's just not gonna be a competition. Yes, we'd all love for Robin and Patrick to be happy immediately but happy=backburner and unless Kimberly has requested a light schedule they should remain front burner for some time. It would have been interesting if Robin suffered from some sort of Stockholm syndrome after spending months trying to save Jerry and find the cure. How would it set with Patrick to learn that Robin had even a twinge of sympathy with the man who destroyed his and Emma's life?

I too am coming around to Luke and Tracy (or Luke alone) is the endgame and not Luke and Laura. I love Luke and Tracy together but always wanted L&L to reunite but really there is no need. Anthony Geary's interview with Michael Logan this past week pretty much confirms that he is not for a Luke and Laura reunion either. Let them have one last great story and then close that book for good. Once they do, lets get Laura a young stud!!! Genie looks great and we don't need yet another go around with Scotty (unless she once again commits to him and then dumps him). Let her bed some young(er) buck (too bad Morgan already has Ava for a cougar) that melts her ice princess quite well. Perhaps the custody battle will tear Dante and Lulu apart and he can....eh, maybe not since we already have Morgan bedding Kiki's mother. They would probably have to bring someone new in since most of the male characters already are in a triangle or are partnered.

I thought the scenes written months ago that showed Luke and Laura both agreeing that their time had come to an end as a couple were well done, and saw no need for Laura to be chasing after Luke. If the plans were to never fully invest in Laura with Scotty, then the show should have had the couple decide on their wedding day that they were better off as exes.

There really is no drama with Robin/Patrick/Sabrina. Patrick involved with Liz, Maxie, Carly (Robin hates Carly!) or even a full blown romance with Faison and Dr. O's daughter with baby would have had lasting impact for Scrubs fans. Britta could have been in the dark about her parents nefarius activities when it came to the Scorpio clan, and thought she had found her own soul mate in Patrick before moving on to Nik. Sabrina belongs in the Michael, Spinelli, Maxie, Lulu, Dante, Milo, crowd.

Anna is so awesome!

Dr. O is so crazy. Faison must have been drunk or even drugged during his relationship with dancing Dr. O.

After watching this week, the only thing that sticks out to me is if Robin finds a phone, the person who she should have used those anytime minutes on is HER MOM THE SUPER NINJA!~!!

If I was stuck on Cassadine Island, THE Anna Devane is who I would have called to get me. Since she called Patrick, the first thing she should say is do a three way call and get me to my mom, I'll catch you on the flip side hubby.

I'm still trying to figure out how Dr.O was able to have Britt by Faison. That man is revolted by her. Can't wait for the 2 Annas on Monday.

Sabrina is the dumbest twit EVA! Like GH fan777, how the fool gonna read the ticket but not see Robin's name on it. Stupid idiot. That's why ppl can care less if she's hurt when Robin comes back. She does and says stupid things that makes you want to reach through the tv and slap her.

Please keep Olivia out of Sonny/Lante orbit and just keep her around Duke and get her with Robert or as she says "Robbie"

GH fans YR fans need your help. We have both seen what Jill Farren Phillips is capable of as EP of a show. Many GH fans warned us of what we could expect. Sadly each and every thing we were warned about has come true. It seems she is rinsing and repeating what didn't work on your show, killing off a child character who was loved by all fans. Asking GH fans for their help. You were able to get Jill removed from EP of your show and from what I hear the show is in more capable hands now. YR fans are hoping for the same outcome. If you don't want to see another soap turned upside down please join us in signing the petition: http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/a-petition-to-remove-jill-farren-phel...

Sabrina only saw/read the tickets with Patrick's name on them.

After Patrick told her the tickets weren't for her, she even asked him if he was planning to take Emma instead.

Patrick had the tickets with Robin's name in his hands.

She could have easily not noticed the dates.

I would hate for Sabrina to be my nurse. The stupid girl can't see dates on a ticket, there's no telling how much stuff she would "easily not noticed" on a patient's chart.

Mr. Bernard no matter how much you try to clear things up for the Sabrina haters they will continue to hate the character. they just want her written off the show. I have seen this before and no amount of explanation will help douse the flames of hatred for Sabrina.
I really like Teresa and I hope that after this Patrick story ends we can see Sabrina with someone else. perhaps we may even get a Sabrina and Morgan.

I enjoyed Fridays episode. I am still wondering whether Sean Kenan has been taken off contract? I really hope not.

I miss seeing Ellie. I am loving Britt and Nicolas together. I am beginning to believe that Britt has no idea that the baby is not actually hers. I think Britt is clueless. She has breast fed the baby and her emotions are too real for someone whom stole another couples embryo's. Britt is actually devastated over her sons kidnapping.

I loved the whole mask revealation! Finola H was amazing, transforming from Anna into Dr O.(my favorite villain-she is amazing). I know the whole story-line is "over-the-top", BUT, compared to the other soaps, I am tired of the same crap over and over again, so GH is actually making me want to watch each day, bizarre story and all. And I still say, GH has the Best actors, which have made me keep watching thru all those bad MOB years of GH before Cartini took over.

I am sooooooo over the bitching and complaining about the mask. Let's not forget, this is the soap that gave us a super-villain trying to freeze the world with a compound found in the base of a diamond. This is the soap that sent its major characters on a quest to find Aztec treasure. There was the Prometheus disc, the Asian Quarter, the terrorists at Mount Rushmore, Casey the Alien, and on, and on, and on...

LOVED this episode!

Except for two things. I LOATHE the Luke/Tracy ("love")/pukefest. It is not love. They are the best of friends, nothing more. I'm sorry but this is *not* a romantic couple.

Also, the first thing Anna SHOULD say is "Alex?". If they don't have her say that, that's just bad writing, and forgetting about the history of soaps. I don't care about any agreements either.
