Perkie's Observations: Will Robin Stop Patrick From Marrying Sabrina on General Hospital?

Anna tells Robin to get to the wedding, but Robin’s still worried about finding Nikolas.  Britt arrives with the sample and is told that Faison has Nik.  Anna and Robert head off to find Nikolas.  Britt tells Robin to go to Patrick, but Robin feels she owes Nikolas. Britt thinks Patrick may have taken her advice and tells Robin that he showed up at the lab looking for her.

Luke forces Faison to show him where he’s got Nik stashed, only to have Faison’s men turn on him.  Faison decides he’s going to keep one of them as a hostage and get rid of the other.  He decides to flip a coin.

Maxie wants to see her daughter despite Spinellie’s claims that she can’t be near her.  Maxie claims the courts can’t keep her away and that she has a gift for her daughter.  Spin says the judge will take the baby away from both of them and Maxie will go to jail.   Maxie says she doesn’t want to wait six months, that she’ll miss out on all of the baby’s firsts.  Spin warns that he’ll have to call the police and forces Maxie to leave.

Bobbie lets herself into Luke’s room and finds Jerry handcuffed to the bed.  Jerry explains about the poison and that Luke stole his cure.  He asks her to go down to the lab to get the new one.  Bobbie doesn’t find the cure in the lab.  Jerry convinces her to let him go to save himself.

Lucy tells Sabrina that she can’t marry her because she doesn’t believe in marriage, since her marriage is over.  Lucy says she and Kevin argued and she walked out.

Sam and Silas arrive for the wedding, as does Brad, who tells Liz that Felix invited him.  Patrick thanks Epiphany for everything she did for him after Robin died.  Pif says she’s happy for him.

Patrick asks to speak to Sabrina and tells her what Ava told him. He admits he went to the lab. Sabrina apologizes for not telling him what Carlos told her.  Patrick says he’s closed the door to his old life and is ready to start new with her.

Lucy decides she will officiate.  Liz gets a text from Noah that he won’t be able to make it after all.  Felix offers to walk Sabrina down the aisle.

Anna and Robert devise a plan to save Nik and Luke.  Anna tells Faison that Dr. Obrecht escaped after killing Robert, Duke and Robin and that Anna no longer has anything to live for.  She wants to give herself to Faison in exchange for Luke and Nik’s release.  Faison refuses, so Anna pretends she’ll shoot herself and overtakes Faison, while Robert shoots the guards.

Robin and Britt are thrilled to see Nik back safely.  Britt gives Luke the serum and he decides he’s going to give it to Sean.  Luke gets a call from Bobbie, but it turns out Jerry has her.

Robert’s ready to hand Faison over to the WSB.  Anna decides that Faison shouldn’t go to prison this time, that he needs to die.

Robin arrives to the church and watches as Sabrina and Patrick get ready to say their vows.

This is going to be so dragged out. I bet she doesn't stop the wedding.

If Robin bust in that church singing Vesta Williams "Congratulations" I will be extremely pissed! Liz is rocking that hair and her grandma curtains. Glad they deleted that scene with hypocritical Felicia ragging on Liz for her testimony.

Why does Robin need some strange girl she known for 2 weeks, who has only known Patrick for almost a year and who tried to trick him, to tell her Patrick still loves her? I'm not saying Scrubs had the strongest love of all but I would think Robin knows how much Patrick loves her. Also why must Robin need to see Nik before going to see HER DAUGHTER? I know I personally can't wait for Sabrina's heartbreak but I need for Robin to want to see her daughter. Am I suppose to believe big mouth Robin, who told AJ Michael was his son and told Nik Courtney's son was his, would just stand there then hide behind a door? Why didn't she call Mac's phone or Maxie's phone. Heck call Liz's phone! CALL SONNY ROBIN! That man can ruin a wedding.

So Luke can't be bother to actually go see Lulu but he calls Dante to see how she's doing yet he was going to Patrick/Sabrina's wedding? Bobbie just gets a key from the hotel and goes into Luke's room, she sees Jerry who has poisoned the town and did her wrong. She knows everything this man has done yet not only does she go looking for the cure but she frees him?!?!?!?! Who is this woman harpo!! And is Bobbie that much of a freak she keeps keys to handcuffs in her purse?

So this whole time Faison had ppl working for him hiding on Wyndemere? I love Anna and Robert. I wish I could have seen Duke leaving. Maxie showing up at the door wanting to see her baby was a little sad. Spinelli could have let Maxie at least gaze upon her child before slamming the door in her face LOL. So glad Ellie didn't run to help Sabrina.

Piffy looks like she is a background singer for Patti LeBelle in that outfit. So glad they mentioned how she helped Patrick after the drug stuff. Too bad we couldn't see their friendship or they couldn't talk about how Lulu also helped Patrick get into rehab.

Emma emma emma, I can't wait for her mama to show up and rescue that girl from brat-dom. Lucy Lucy Lucy, I have no words. I just have no words for all those Felix/Sabrina scenes especially when Felix and Brad smiled at each other, barf. I hate to say this but Brad deserves much more. What has Patrick/Sabrina been through? Sick of hearing ppl say how they have been through so much. What is it? Sabrina's puberty?

After three days of goodness, this episode fell a little flat for me. It wasn't Franco-Kiki levels of horrible, but it felt disjointed. Things thrown in, to delay the end.

Luke dragging Faison around only to have Faison win the upper hand again. A Faison lacky punching NIk around. Why? Faison would have just killed him.
LUcy ranting about not being able to perform the ceremony (oh no ,will the wedding go one fake drama) only to have a change of heart 22 minutes later.
Bobbie being the dumbest person in the city and that's saying something. And as others have said, where did she get the key to uncuff him.
Robin opening a giant door that makes zero noise, even to the people in the back pew.
Noah not being at his son's wedding. Come on they had Michael Saucedo for five seconds, they couldn't get Rick Springfield for a two second cameo.
I'm supposed to believe that Princess Sabrina of Fairy Tale Land doesn't have a single solitary person come to her wedding?

I now fear that Robin won't say anything and will let the wedding proceed if she thinks that Patrick really does love Sabrina. What angers me about that, isn't a Patrick/Robin reunion being nixed, but a Robin/Emma reunion being lost. Let Patrick marry the simpleton all you want, but girl go and claim the daughter you brought into this world.

Speaking of daughters, I get that Spin is concerned about Maxie having contact with baby Georgie, but who would know? Would Spin be so comsumed by morality, that he would call the police or the judge or anyone else? There is no restraining order on MAxie, just the documents decreeing what the judge announced, so who's going to uphold it for 6 months?

This is why I can't stand Maxie! It's SOO important for her to see her daughter even after the court ordered her to stay away, but was willing to keep Spinelli away from his own child. Even after the Judge made pretty clear that her actions lead to this whole custody issue and her lies and her belief the rules don't apply to her, she "doesn't care" and wants to see her daughter because she's her mother. . I'm glad Spinelli stayed strong and wouldn't allow Maxie to come in and be with the baby. Maxie's actions just reinforced what Diane said last week or so when she dropped off the paperwork and made a point if saying she had to tell Maxie and Spinelli what the ruling meant because Maxie was prone to only hearing what she wanted to hear. I've never really liked the character( except when she was a little girl and Robin Richards played her) and this storyline just makes her so reprehensible.

Oh well ... couldn't Robin at least scream "stop"? Don't just stand there and watch your husband marrying another woman. I know that the wedding wouldn't be legal anyway but still I finally want Robin to reunite with Patrick.

With Robin at the church, I kind of wished that Maxie was at the wedding and not on Spinelli's door, demanding to see their daughter. It's a huge risk and in the end, Spinelli could lose Little Georgie as well. I get that Maxie is desperate but it's time to walk away for now to not also take the father away from her daughter.

I totally get that Anna wants to kill Faison. After everything he did to her who would be able to do the right thing and hand him to the authorities? Not to mention that he escaped before and got to Anna again. And as much as I love Faison as a villain, I wish that Anna can say that this nightmare is finally behind her.

Perkie, in the real world child services would be making periodic checks on Spinelli to see if he's doing okay with a virtual newborn, and they don't call in advance. So he was right to be concerned that someone could find out Maxie was violating the court order. And the court order states that she is to stay at least 20 feet away from the baby so that is a restraining order against Maxie.

Having said that, 20 feet is no big deal. She can still see her child basically whenever she wants as long as she stays 20 feet away. Yes, that means she can't hold her and physically bond with her but it doesn't mean she can't at least see her every day...from 20 feet away.

Robin better get in there and send Suckbrina to the curb. That's her husband and kid, not Suckbrinas. Uncle Mac, Felicia, Lucy, somebody, anybody turn the freak around and see her hiding behind that freakin' door.

Really weird episode.....

1) Character assassination continues under Cartoony. Boobie Spencer (and I did type Boobie on purpose) has been out of town a few years, but we are supposed to believe she doesn't know the villain Jerry has become? To put her family, friends at risk because Jerry played hide the weenie with her hooker hooch years ago makes no sense.

2) Inviting someone to a wedding is usually a big step in a relationship and certainly in a gay one. Have Brad and Felix even had a first date? Had sex? Why would Felix invite Brad to Sabrina's wedding? For that matter why are Felix & Brad played as being such worldly gays that they hit on straight men, but they haven't even hooked up yet. Why does it seem they are the only gays in PC? If they are so comfortable being out to everyone it feels like PC must have a thriving gay community. Why don't they ever date anyone?

3) I LOVE LUCY, but I'm sick and tired of story taking place off camera. Did I miss the scenes with her and Doc fighting? Why did they even bring Kevin back in the first place if you weren't going to play their relationship. Kevin and Lucy were over years ago on PORT CHARLES. Why reboot them with no story and then have their relationship disintegrate off camera?

4) There is no drama regarding will Robin make it to the church on time....we have seen this story zillions of times on all soaps. Robin isn't dead so the wedding doesn't matter. Sabrina and Patrick won't be legally married since Robin is still alive. Patrick is Robin's. I'm predicting an exit from the show for Kimberly and Jason T. come March.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

At this point if Robin doesn't stop that wedding I'm just going to think of her as stupid and Suckbrina deserves the prize.

And why doesn't anyone just shoot one of these butthole villains in head. After all the torture they have done to these people. I would just want to be rid of them.

I have zero sympathy for Maxie's current baby situation, since she had no problem at all when Liz had to take Cam out of his home due to pushing pills on Lucky or getting Liz fired from her job when she knew Lucky was out of the country talking to rocks. Sit and spin, Maxie!

Since RC is so fond of camp, why not have Robin get stuck in traffic and she makes it to the church just as Patrick and Sabrina walk out the door all smiles and happy with Emma? Patrick is shocked that his wife is indeed still alive, Emma is happy that her mother is alive, and Sabrina goes Disney Princess postal as she tries to push Robin down the stairs. Sigh. What a missed opportunity!

Britta has been redeemed to the point where all of her previous nasty deeds against Patrick, Emma and that moron Sabrina will never be mentioned again, and I like Britta with Nik.

I was so hoping Faison was going to put a bullet in the child killing rapist aka Luke's head.

It made sense that Robin would not want to leave Windamere while Nik was missing.

Of course the only person that helped Patrick or Emma was Sabrina on her fluffy white horse, purple grapes and fairy wings. Let's forget about Anna, Mac, Liz, Maxie, Lulu and Piph so that we can bow down to fairy princess. Sick

Excellent point. I stand corrected. This story is so shabbily put together, that I forgot about children services.

Happy Thanksgiving all.

I agree with nysam on all points in post #10.

I was really disappointed with how Bobbie was written. Why bother bringing Jackie Zeman back for that? Really absurd and unnecessary.

Luke going after Nikolas without notifying Anna and Robert beforehand made no sense.

I thought it made sense Robin would want to wait and see if Nikolas was okay. It doesn't make sense why she wouldn't just walk in and announce herself at that damned wedding. Why else go?

The Felix-Brad thing is super annoying. It's rushed with no build-up and no chemistry. I really like Felix and he deserves more than being Sabrina's purse-holder. I don't like Brad as much and would like him better in even smaller doses. Felix has never been written to have a life outside of Sabrina. Liz gets similar treatment. Sabrina is a character that cannot survive unless other characters prop her and that's always been the problem.

I think that Bobbie and Jerry were played on their history for the first time since SR took over the role. Bobbie mentioned that she heard about Jerry poisoning the water last year. It wasn't like that she doesn't see him as the villain he is. For me it was obvious that Bobbie still had a soft spot for him - based on their history and the fact that she was ready to marry the guy - and that's why she got careless. For me, Bobbie was always known for doing some stupid things in her life. It wasn't until she was completely put on the back burner that Bobbie became a character that attended some events without having to show any character.

Bobby will become another zany campy caricature of herself since she's a vet and that's the only way Cartini can do vets. Heaven forbid they do real drama.

Whew, SR handcuffed to a bed. Be still my beating heart! Love me some Jerry Jacks, no matter what he's up to. I hope he gets a hold of the cure soon, because I want to keep seeing him pop up from time to time.

They had better not have Patrick hemming and hawing about choosing between Robin and Sabrina. Sabrina, go console yourself with Carlos. Robin, knock the damn door down and go hug your child!!!

Liz'z hair is nice, and I loved the hungover scenes she did earlier in the week. I wish the dress she was wearing for the wedding was a different color, it kind of looked washed out on her, she can wear brighter colors so well.

Loved Sam and Silas, and Sam's dress. The mention of Jason tells me she's going to take one look at Robin, and think maybe Jason's still alive. I don't want it to happen because it will derail Sam/Silas, but I can see them going there.

Maxie was seeing Kevin for therapy after she gave birth. He must be too busy to see her, as she seriously needs some help with her grief. That was another thing that should have been brought up at the trial, she was already taking steps to get help and that should have gone in her favor. Maxie really needs a Robin moment right about now. Speaking of which, Mac needs to see Robin! He was the one who spent the most time raising her.

I don't know much about scheduling but why did they show this year's Halloween episode instead of a past year's Thanksgiving episode? I would have rather seen Edward's memorial from last year (and cried my eyes out again) than this ridiculous Halloween episode. Does anyone know if GH plans a Thanksgiving episode this year?

@Mysterystory.....they try to play episodes that feature the current cast. If they played Edward's memorial episode I'm guessing they would have to pay actors that are no longer on the show if they were featured....Kristina, trey, connie, skye, ned, et. al.

I don't think Bobbie ever had a scene with SR's Jerry, so it was nice to play up the history. As for Bobbie freeing Jerry, it's not like she has a great track record in making the right decisions... Anywho, love Bobbie!

But still granddaugher Joss nearly died during that water fiasco. That has to mean more than feelings she may have had for a guy 20 years ago.

At some point these characters need to have loyalty to their kin rather to whoever they think they might want to bang now. (Bobbie-Jerry Carly-Franco, Michael-Kiki) Hhhhmmm, I see a Spencer generational pattern here....

In Jerry's defense, he was actually saving Joss. lol But what about her daughter, or her other grandson, Michael, or her friends in PC.

As for Robin not running in and stopping the wedding, I know it would have been dramatic. But it makes sense to me that someone like Robin would not just burst in and dramatically announce herself. She'll probably tap on the shoulder of one of the people in the last row and have them go ask Patrick to come to the back of the church. lol

Perkie, I have to agree with everything you said. There was something "off" with this episode, after the last few really great shows. I've seen this happen before, which is the only thing that bothers me with Cartini. The show just seemed disjointed, thrown together. I expected more excitement. It looks like Robin won't stop the wedding. I guess they are going to extend it, have Patrick and Sabrina happily married and then finally he finds out Robin is alive?! That is may-be the February sweeps Ron was talking about when he said he will have to write Scorpio out of the story???

^^ If you are right about Robin not being revealed as alive until February, that would be really frustrating considering the number of people who already know Robin is alive. Anna, Robert, Luke, Nikolas and Britt would have to maintain the secret. Doubly frustrating would be that Robin would be prioritizing Patrick's marriage to Sobrina over reuniting with Emma, Mac, Felicia and Maxie. That seems weak and not like Robin at all.

It would make no sense that Robin would be kept secret. There is no way. Too many people know and the marriage would be meaningless since she is alive. Soap writers can be pretty stupid but I don't think they are that stupid. And if she didn't come forward to see her daughter the character would no longer have any relevance anyway.

Do the people responsible for this show really not know what is pushing and shoving up the ratings.? they allowed Tristan to get away, they need to have Robin win this one. I wouldn't mind seeing Emma run to her mother from the front of the church, the same way Robin ran to Anna.
I will not be a happy camper if we have to wait until February for the reunion.
They give us a couple of great days then this bull. Anna shoot Faison. And Dr O also. Boobie ,enough said. Why bring back a loved character to make her stupid? Maybe he will kill carley and it won't be for nothing!
