This is my favorite soap right now and how everything isn’t a chore to watch. How these writers are writing the beats for this soap is magnificent and even astounding given we have seen a soap in years to be honest that have truly flesh out new characters, revitalized other characters, have took chances on surprising hookups because they watched the spark between the characters. You just can’t ask for anything better in a soap if you’re truly a soap fan. It’s character driven stories, enough plots to move things forward, all kinds of high melodrama which is a NBC & Days staple. Days remind very much of AW back in the early to mid ’70s and late ’80s to early ’90s.  Exceptional writing, directing, and producing to all involved. They need to be congratulated for a fine and entertaining soap to watch! Log in to Reply Lonesome Rhodes February 11, 2014 Sounds good. I’m especially excited about the Rafe/Jordan spoiler. I’m loving them together. Log in to Reply sillytee February 11, 2014 it is good soap.however, im bored with jordan. i dont see how her mystery is going to be exciting.. i said it before, unless she’s a demira, a lesbian, or a transexual, i dont think itll mesh well.. or maybe is rafe. he’s kinda boring too Log in to Reply angrierblackerman February 11, 2014 I hope Jordan’s story arc picks up, because she is boring me to tears! Part of it is Crishell Stause. I know she can act better than this, but all we get from her thus far is frustrated ‘sighs’ and soft disappointment. She needs to open her mouth, use her diaphragm, I can hardly hear her on screen! I’m hoping Jordan is some kind of con artist running from the law or something to pep up the character, otherwise, she will be the next Madison…disposable in every way! Log in to Reply SoapArmageddon February 11, 2014 Days has always played the religious angle very heavily, but it really went overboard last week and yesterday with those loooong and frequent scenes with Father Eric and Friar Lucky Charms. I had to use my FF button extensively. That’s really my only complaint. Overall, the show is having a pretty good sweeps month. And yes, as stated above, the Jordan reveal better be major. I like her when she’s sparring with Kate, but I still don’t care enough about her yet. Log in to Reply sillytee February 11, 2014 yea the scenes with the friar were a bit drawn out..they could have put more stuff in there in place of those convos… wasn’t sami’s red dress amazing??@@@ Log in to Reply harlee490 February 11, 2014
it is good soap.however, i said it before, unless she’s a demira, a lesbian, or a transexual, i dont think itll mesh well.. or maybe is rafe. he’s kinda boring too
LMAO…to funny! Log in to Reply harlee490 February 11, 2014 I waited two years for what happened today with Eric\Nicole when he told Nicole that he loved her!!!  I’m just an old romantic always have been as my husband for decades but I still love romance in a soap… The 3 Stooges girl club today at the end when Sami\Gabi walked in on Kate\Nick was great and the look on Kate’s face was priceless. Lauren Koslow is brilliant in those type of scenes. She & Sami is giving front row lessons to Gabi at the Bitch Academy. Oh my gosh EJ\Abby and when Abby said let her tell EJ how she feels…wonderful! I know I’m the only one but I still like Jordan… Log in to Reply Yoryla February 11, 2014 I agree with everyone that Jordan is an utter and hopeless snoozefest. However, this was clear to me from the minute I heard the storyline. I mean, you cannot build a triangle around Rafe, him and Jordan are out-boring each other. Kate was always the one spice in it, yet I wanted her away from it at the same time because it was dragging her down. The only thing that could possibly salvage it is if she turns out to be bisexual and Sheryl is her ex- girlfriend. I hope everyone realizes by now that Nicole will single-handedly destroy everything for herself as she always does. Can’t wait to see that! Log in to Reply ChrisGa February 12, 2014 Ok, agree with pretty much everyone regarding Jordan–I don’t hate her, but the Jordan/Rafe pairing is the one slight misfire in an otherwise seamless show(and even that story is being saved almost singlehandedly by Lauren Koslow). I will say that I do find the Jordan/Sheryl interestingly vague; curious to know exactly what the deal is with those two. The Kate/Sami/Gabi Show continues to entertain. It’s pretty standard to say Lauren and Alison Sweeney OWN every scene they’re handed, but I’d hardly discount the previously maligned Camila Banus; that girl has come a long way in the past year-and-a-half. I suppose we’re getting ready to see a newly-engaged WilSon. I, for one, am all for it; while the recast seems a little divisive right now, I think Guy Wilson is far more invested in that pairing than Chandler Massey was. And the romantic chemistry between he and Freddie Smith is great. Lastly, still loving the hottest couple on daytime, EJAbby. I say we just set Ejami to the side for the time being, k? Log in to Reply blake3b February 13, 2014 I realized today that I like Jordan, mostly because of the actress but I do agree that the story really needs to pick up. Jordan and Rafe I kind of like together but I agree it can be boring. Hopefully it will get good when he finds out about her past. I do love that Kate is involved, she’s great in any scene or story she is in. Regarding Will and Sonny, I hope their story picks up soon also. I know they have to establish Guy in the role of Will and have the audience get used to their Will and Sonny. But I’d like to see more than them just being happy and in others storylines. It’s time for an ex from the past or a new guy for a triangle. EJ and Abby are so hot. I’m really curious to see how this story goes. All hell is going to break loose when everyone finds out. Sami is going to go bat sh*t crazy on them, as is Jennifer. And JJ, that poor high school kid has to deal with an older psycho (Theresa). It does sound interesting if she crashes his hearing. But I am ready for this story to be over. Summer is coming up so he needs a new love interest. That poor cutie hasn’t had a gf, especially considering what a hottie he is.
