Expect most of your ABC primetime favorites to return next season. The network renewed its soaps Revenge, Grey's Anatomy and Scandal. It also awarded Once Upon a Time and Castle each an additional season.

The alphabet network delivered second seasons to freshman dramas Resurrection and Marvel's Agents of SHIELD. It also announced Marvel's Agent Carter, which is set in Captain America's 1946 mythology.

On the comedy side of things, ABC renewed Modern Family, The Middle and freshman laugher The Goldbergs.

ABC also announced the order of Shonda Rhimes' How to Get Away With Murder, along with American Crime, Forever, The Whispers, Black-ish, Manhattan Love Story, Galavant, Selfie and the above mentioned Agent Carter.

However it wasn't all good news for ABC shows. The network cancelled Trophy Wife and Mixology. No word yet on country and western sudser Nashville.

Sure hope Nashville makes it back for at least one more year, but it doesn’t sound likely.
Hooray for Scandal, Revenge, Castle & Modern Family!
I have mixed feelings about OUAT…I’ve been disappointed for the most part this season.

I’ll miss Suburgatory. It reminded a lot of the series Popular, which aired on WB over a decade ago. How is it that when I finally find series on TV I can actually tolerate and doesn’t suck, it gets canceled weeks after I get into it?

Yeah… I gotta say I love Revenge… but I mean, it has already gone on for three seasons… how long can it possibly go on anymore??? I mean, this is supposed to be a show about one woman’s revenge, it cannot take so many years to do it. Just complete it and get it over with. It’s going to ruin this show if it will take forever to get there. One should always know how to end when you’re at your peak. Otherwise it’s soon going to be the same mess it started out to be in season two with all the Initiative thingys.
Revenge is probably aiming for 100 episodes that they can sell in syndication.
Revenge should have given up about a year ago. They have ruined it.
