UPSET: Days of Our Lives Wins Outstanding Drama Series!

One Life to Live's Erika Slezak presented the the Outstanding Drama Series Emmy to Days of Our Lives.  The upset victory comes on the sudser's 19th nomination and marks its 2nd win in the coveted category.  Congratulations to the entire team at Days.

Ricki Lake Wins Outstanding Talk Show Host!


90's talk show maven, Ricki Lake, caused quite the upset when she carted home the Oustanding Talk Show Host golden lady at the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. Lake, returned to the syndicated television talk show arena earlier this year, after ending her original series in 2004, but her show was given the axe after only one season on air.

General Hospital's Kristen Alderson Wins Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series!

Congratulations to Kristen Alderson, who takes home the Emmy statue for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Starr Manning on General Hospital.  The role of Starr originated on One Life to Live.  This win marks Alderson's first Emmy!

Days of Our Lives’ Chandler Massey Wins Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series!

Chandler Massey won his second Daytime Emmy in a row for his role as Will Horton on Days of Our Lives at the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards on June 16. He beat out co-star Freddie Smith and The Young and the Restless’ Max Ehrich and Bryton James for the award. Congratulations to Massey!
