Another World’s Anna Stuart Marries James Cromwell in Charles Keating’s Home!

Here's something to make my fellow Another World nuts smile. ABC Soaps in Depth is reporting Anna Stuart wed A-list beau James Cromwell in the home of Stuart's one-time AW leading man, Charles Keating (ex-Carl)!

Said the actress who played femme fatale Donna Love on the classic P&G sudser:

"Since our romance officially began at Charles' home two years ago on New Year's Eve, we decided to get married there," Stuart says with a smile. "Mary, Charles' wife, was 'scheming' all the while. She wanted James in a nice relationship, and she knew I was available."

Anne Heche’s Save Me to Premiere May 23

Four words sum up the love Daytime Confidential’s Jamey Giddens has for soaps — “Santa Barbara” and “Anne Heche” (ex-Vicky and Marley Hudson, Another World). NBC has finally set the premiere date for Heche's comedy, Save Me, which means Jamey must be in heaven! (Editor's Note: He isn't. He'd rather she be on The Good Wife, Scandal or Revenge.)

SPOTTED: FOJ Kale Browne on Set of The Young and The Restless!

WARNING: This is a test of the Federal Soap Opera Friends of Jill Emergency Management System (FSOFOJEMS). Should this prove to be a true FSOFOJEMS emergency, hide Nikki Newman from all dayplayer serial killers. Watch for any storylines about angry cops played by Timothy Gibbs falling for their academy students and be on the look out for "Nadia's Theme" suddenly sounding an awful lot like the E.R. opening credits. This is only a test.

New Genoa City resident Mark Pinterset the Internet on fire when he posted on Facebook about seeing former Another World co-star Kale Browne on the set of The Young and the Restless. After Jill Farren Phelps worked with Browne on AW, she cast him in One Life to Live and General Hospital during her stints running those sudsers. Pinter posted:

Mark Pinter on Y&R Showrunner Jill Farren Phelps: “She’s a Woman Who Has a Great Allegiance to People”

In the January 7 issue of Soap Opera Digest, veteran daytime actor Mark Pinter details how his friendship with showrunner Jill Farren Phelps helped him snag a recurring spot on The Young and the Restless.  Said Pinter:
"You get jobs generally because of where you've been and if you're a director or producer, you want to work with people you've worked with before," Pinter notes. "I'm very appreciative of Jill. She's a woman who has a great allegiance to people and I don't know anybody who has worked with Jill who doesn't have great allegiance to her as well."
