Susan Lucci Joins Steve Harvey to Celebrate Mother’s Day


Legendary soap star Susan Lucci swings by The Steve Harvey Show on May 5 to help the multi-hyphenated host kick off a week-long Mothers Day celebration. La Lucci kicks off the week with Harvey, by discussing what motherhood was like for her, coming home from the Daytime Emmys empty handed for 18 years, being a grandmother of four and working on Devious Maids.

Harvey also reveals how big a fan he is of Lucci, and what she meant to his late mother. Watch Harvey fill Lucci in below!

 

Susan Lucci and Florencia Lozano Support La Golda (PHOTOS)



All My Children diva Susan Lucci showed her support for her Devious Maids co-star Judy Reyes' volunteer project with UnitedHealthcare at Eva's Village.  Former One Life to Live star Florencia Lozano also participated in the NYC premiere of La Golda at Lighthouse International.
Joining Reyes and UnitedHealthcare employees are “La Golda” creator George Valencia (27 Wolves), actress Florencia Lozano and other members of the “La Golda” creative team. “La Golda” is a bilingual (English/Spanish) cartoon starring an eight-year-old girl who has been shuffled around from one orphanage to another. Through her love of soccer “La Golda” recruits other international orphans and, as teammates, they overcome their unique circumstances to build a better world for kids. “La Golda,” the series, is currently in development.

Volunteers will help serve meals to the homeless and participate in a beautification project. Check out more photos after the jump!

Brianna Brown Lands The Visitors Pilot



Devious Maids and former General Hospital star Brianna Brown (ex-Lisa Niles) has joined the pilot of ABC's The Visitors, according to Deadline

Brown will play Lena, who discovers that her daughter is being turned against her by a covert alien operation. She refuses to play victim and joins forces with her husband Wes (Barry Sloane) and Claire (Lily Rabe), revealing herself as the most ruthless fighter of all in order to get her daughter back.
