YR Victor, Adam, Nick Ruse?

 As someone who has watched this show for 20 plus years I have to say that I find it hard to believe that Nick would come up with this plan.  I would believe if Victoria had come up with this because she is a shrewd business woman.  Nick isn't that good in business like Victoria and his father.  I also am disappointed with how they have cheated to get Jabot.  It pisses me off.  I don't like it!

I agree with you on that ,because Nick could never come up with that rouse...Victoria if Heather Tom was playin it the role would.. She cut throat, but however this is classic Victor Newman.. He did take all the magazines where Victoria posed for and bought them all up.  This is classic Vic, and the story good, but it not Bill Bell good, but it good!

The writers are setting the stage up for a showdown with Adam and all his victims.  I hope he dies like David Kimball.

I am so sick of the Abbotts losing and being the underdogs. I am sick of the vile, evil Victor Newman always winning. He obviously didn't learn that playing dirty has horrible consequences. Hello, Colleen? Ugh.

I want the Abbotts to get Jabot back SOON and stick it to Victor once and for all.

and then again when Nik was in on it and found out it is

Those were two WTH? moments for me
a twist and a turn I like that in storytelling.

I'm thinking Nick wants to prove to Victor he has what it takes after the tongue lashing Victor gave him about settling with the Cayman bank victims and about his carrying on with Adam. The message Victor gave was that neither Nick nor Adam had what it takes. Nick probably took that more to heart than Adam and decided to show Victor he is a Newman - and what better way to do it than by doing business the waty Victor does,

The old Nick who turned his dad in to the feds would never be a willing part of what amounts to corporate espionage, theft and insider trading. But Nick knows that he can't be the old Nick and run Newman some day, so he's taking a step to the dark side to make that happen.

 Hi All, I never post on this site but I have a theory on the ruse.  I think they are setting adam up to take the fall for insider trading and espionage. To make it look like he is the one that got the figures.  After watching today's show I believe Tucker knows that Adam is the one that got what Jack's bid was and is going to use that to his advantage to bring Victor down and Adam is going to take the fall..   They also need to get this whole baby story done with.   it is getting old very fast.  

I love the idea of Victor rubbing Jack Abbott's face in the mud!!!! Jack needs to see a PSYCHIATRIST for all the ridiculous moves he's made lately---like falling in love with the BORING Emily (whatever her last name is...really don't care!!!) who looks EXACTLY like the woman that killed his niece!!!!

And let's not forget how horrible Jack Abbott is as a father!! He has TWO kids, and he never even mentions them!! He is a COMPLETE tool, and when I hear him lecturing Billy about being responsible and doing the right thing, I just want to slap the **** out of him!!!!

I also don't like Nick. He's boring as hell, and he needs to stop toying with Phyllis before she rents another car and runs over his ass like she did with Paul and Cricket!! However, I would love to see that happen!!!! (hint, hint, writers!!!)

Adam might be slightly evil, a pathological liar, and a complete train wreck as a son, brother and husband, but at least he is INTERESTING, and you always know what you are getting with him. I am enjoying seeing him pull the wool over EVERYONE'S eyes----because I SHUDDER to think what Victor is going to do when he finds out all the horrible things he has done to this family!!! I don't want to be ANYWHERE near that ranch when that is revealed!!!

With that being said, I LOVE Peter Bergman (even though he did insult my favorite Y&R actress of all time, Victoria Rowell, but that's another post entirely!!!). I also love his scenes with Eric Braeden, so whatever will keep them at each other's throats is fine with me!!!

Some rivalries should NEVER end, and I think Victor and Jack's is one of them!!!!
