AMC - Sonyab's recaps 7/29/10

You are pregnant!

Hubbard home:

Angie comes home and she isn't in the best of moods. Jesse who wants to know what's going on with her. She gets a call from a doctor at the hospital who has her test results and wants to go over them with her in person. After she hangs up, Jesse tries to convince her to stay at home, but she's adamant that she needs to leave. When Jesse goes out of the room, Angie calls Jake, interrupting him and Amanda getting intimate at home, to ask if he can drive her to the hospital.

Police station:

Jesse shows up to see Natalia. He brings up David and how he is working on nailing him. Natalia reminds him if he goes after David, David will push back and Jesse could be the one who pays. She wonders how Angie would feel about that. Geez Jesse! Just admit you are in love with David!!

Krystal's BJ's:

Natalia and Jesse show up. They talk about how she doesn't want him to go after David. She is worried that it could lead him to permanently lose his job or land him in prison. Natalia gets called back to work and urges her father to stay there and relax. Once she's gone, Amanda walks in and commiserates with Jesse over their spouses who are always working. She wants to kidnap them ROFL!

The hospital:

Jake and Angie meet with the doctor. He tells Angie the drugs she's taking seem to be working, but there was something else that came up in her blood test: she's pregnant. YAY! She is in her mid 40's. So she must be 44 or 45. She is still in her child bearing years! Angie is thrilled, but the doctor suggests she stop taking her medication if she plans on keeping the baby. Angie talks to Jake privately about it and decides she has to tell Jesse the truth. Jake is relieved and then Jesse and Amanda show up to drag their spouses away from work. David approaches Ryan's room, as Greenlee tells her ex she married David for the wrong reasons. David makes a call in the hospital hallway to someone saying Greenlee is visiting Ryan, so they need to get on it. Bianca approaches him and says she knows Greenlee is leaving him. David contradicts her and then makes digs about the state of her own marriage to Reese. Asking if HER marriage is on the rocks. Back in Ryan's room, Greenlee notes she did believe in David, but maybe too much. Ryan assures her she can trust him and then notices she's not wearing her wedding ring. Ryan just wants her to be happy and he sees that she's not. He wants to know if there's anything he can do to change that. Brot enters the room to bring Greenlee to the station.

Police station:

Brot brings Greenlee to the station. Mayor Blanco tells her David put the order in to bring her in. David walks up and the three of them go into an interrogation room, where the mayor thanks them for their continued support of her. She then explains to Greenlee how David once saved her daughter's life and she will always have his back. OH MY! She gives them a bottle of champagne to enjoy and then leaves. Greenlee is furious with David for dragging her down there to get her away from Ryan. She wonders if the mayor knows about his blackmail scheme. He says she never will as long as Greenlee keeps up her end of the bargain. In the squad room, Brot tells Natalia he is leaving for awhile to have an operation on his eye. She asks if he will look different, but he explains it's not cosmetic, he just wants it to work properly. She wonders how long he'll be out and he wonders why she's asking so many questions. She tells him she cares about him. Does she want to be there for him at the hospital? For moral support? I hope so!

Jamanda home:

Jesse pours them all some wine, but Angie insists she doesn’t want any. He insists and she gets testy. Amanda makes a joke about Angie being pregnant and Angie confirms it. Jesse is over the moon and they celebrate, but Angie looks worried. Jesse is so happy!!!!!!!!! He is in tears!!!

Wildwind:

Bianca is outside and calls Reese, who doesn't answer because it's so late in Paris. She leaves a message saying they need to talk. Bianca doesn't look very happy. Are they on the rocks?!!? Hmmm.

The hospital:

Bianca shows up in Ryan's hospital room and tells him she doesn't think Greenlee and David are splitting up after all. Bianca calls Natalia and learns the mayor brought David and Greenlee to the station to thank them for their campaign contributions and it looked like they were having a good time. Ryan doesn't understand, but says if she wants to go back with David, he's going to have to live with it. Bianca says, Not if you're still in love with Greenlee. Ryan wants her to stop pushing them together saying he's not trying to get her back.

Yacht club room:

David and Greenlee go back to their room. Greenlee finds champagne and dinner waiting for them, but she wants no part of it. He thinks in time she will accept their marriage and puts her ring back on her finger, demanding she keep it on. DAMN DAVID! She goes to take a shower and David answers her ringing phone to Ryan. Greenlee comes back out and he tells her Ryan's on the phone. She takes it and tells Ryan she's fine and everything she said before was just a misunderstanding.
