Word on the street according to published reports is that Fashion mogul and oil tycoon Folorunsho Alakija of Nigeria has over taken Oprah as the richest black woman in the world. according the report Folorunsho is worth at least $3.3 billion, $500 million richer than media mogul Oprah Winfrey whose wealth Forbes magazine estimated at $2.7 billion in September.

Folorunsho Alakija is the founder and owner of Famfa oil, a Nigerian oil company which owns a 60% working interest in OML 127, an offshore oil field which produces 200,000 barrels of oil per day.

With that being said I got my mind working on that billionaire female who can come on to Y&R and straight into Neil’s life. We can call her Danielle Martinique a billionaire baronist born in America to a American mother Nigerian father who owns built a multi-billion dollar business in Africa and had been buying up ailing corporate entities in America before his untimely death. Danielle would show up in America at the bequest of a possible major investment in Jabot to help expand the companies cosmetics products into African and Asian markets. Yet, the savvy business woman would have more on her mind than just investing. She would also have a score to settle with Victor left over from her father, which she believes led to his death. This would be a secret she was keeping. Thus, Danielle would strike up a friendship with and a budding romance with Neil as well getting close to Katherine to fish for information on Victor under the guise she wanted to invest in some charities and needed Kay’s help.

From there we would develop a story that lead the ultimate takedown of Victor and his fortune that leave the entire Newman family in the poorhouse. Leaving the entire family trying grapple with life on the way down.

Potential actresses for the role would be:
