The two agree to an annulment. Sharon agrees to fly to the Dominican Republic to expedite things. Meanwhile, Victor reconciles with Nikki and she moves back in as Lady of the Manor. Genoa City is shocked when news surfaces that Sharon’s plane has crashed. Nick, Adam, Avery, and Phyllis rush to find out more news where Sharon is found alive, but very shaken up by the ordeal. Adam is floored when she reveals an awakening of her love for him saying she wants to marry Adam. Phyllis and Nick are repulsed, leaving to go flirt in a hotel bar with Avery following closely behind. Sharon and Adam then marry after she is officially no longer Victor’s wife planning to return to Hope’s farm in Kansas (the Adam/Hope scenes would play out when he fears Sharon is dead). Nick reels at his first love’s decision to leave with Faith and Sharon departs her house on the ranch in trademark fashion. Meanwhile, Victor and Adam share a tense farewell where both men admit their shortcomings regarding their relationship before Adam leaves town. Adam, Faith, and Sharon are last seen on a plane leaving Genoa City. (A special episode would air saluting Sharon Case’s tenure) On the Chancellor front, Katherine notices herself not feeling up to par so she appoints Victoria as CEO of CI just before Neil is about to step back into the position. Sofia encourages Neil to fight for the job, putting the Winters in the middle of war when Neil secures a Chancellor board seat. Tucker is put in the middle due to a engineering project that Victoria is blocking in out to spite an edgy, vengeful Neil. Tucker sides with Neil and suggests Katherine fire Victoria. Meanwhile, Lily and Cane announce they are leaving town after she lands a modeling gig with Sid, Drucilla’s agent. Neil bids his daughter and grandchildren goodbye, but is secretly hurt by Lily leaving and Devon growing closer to Harmony and Tucker. Billy confronts Neil at the GCAC for making things hard for Victoria at work and insults Neil with vicious remarks. Neil then loses his sobriety. Sofia admits to Katheine that her husband is changing from the man he once was, so the two decide to address the change in Neil’s personality. Devon surprises Neil, Harmony, Sofia, Tucker, and Katherine when he announces Roxy’s pregnancy! Neil, however, is hurt when Devon asks Tucker to be the child’s godfather and lapses into a drinking binge at Jimmy’s. Harmony finds him and tries to get Neil to open up. He instead kisses her and leave when she rejects him. Neil then purchases a gun after a growing resentment for Tucker. As the Winters and Chancellor gather for a Devon and Roxy’s engagement party, Neil confronts Tucker and is accidentally shot in a scuffle. Olivia arrives to treat Neil, revealing he is in a coma and may not recover. Sofia sits at his bedside praying for his recovery while Devon and Harmony for Neil’s shooting. In an effort to spite Sofia for cheating on Malcolm, Phyllis publishes photos of Neil and Harmony at Jimmy’s. Sofia goes to confront Harmony and they have a huge catfight at the Chancellor mansion which Katherine, Tucker, and Jill walk in on. Out of anger, Sofia transfers a comatose Neil to a facility in Paris and takes a job there to be near Lily, Cane, and the twins. January 19, 2012 at 8:18 pm #2097334 stoney07 280 Posts This seems fun to me…I have some storyline ideas too Jill Foster Abbott Fenmore Jill finds herself longing for a lovelife. She begins having reoccuring dreams about she and Colin, and she goes to prison to visit him. (maybe a cameo by Tristan Rogers since he’s now at GH again) In visiting with Colin, she begins to realize how much her life has changed in the past decade, and she leaves the prison with a new outlook. On her way back to Genoa City, she has car trouble and is pulled off to the side of the road. A mysterious man comes to Jill’s aid, who she soon learns is Larry Warton. Larry helps Jill fix her car, and then she leaves and returns to Genoa City. Jack and Genevieve are going through their own set of problems, and Jill is promoted to head of Marketing at Jabot Cosmetics. After a random conversation with Katherine, Jill makes a shocking decision. SHe’s going to run for MAYOR of Genoa City!! She hires a publicist, and begins her quest to become Mayor. But eventually, Larry Warton returns and admits to Jill that she’s been constantly on his mind since their “chance meeting” a few weeks before. Jill denies having thought about Larry, but Larry can see through Jill’s tough exterior. This encounter leads to a passion-filled love scene. However, Jill informs Larry that there is no chance for them. She can not risk her spot in the race on being with a guy like him. They are a thing of the past, but Larry doesn’t give up. Soon, Jill and Larry’s flings become more regular, but Jill makes Larry swear not to tell anyone about their dealings with one another. Larry reluctantly agrees, however, after Katherine catches them in a compromising position at the Chancellor Mansion, their secret could potentially get out. Katherine advises Jill to be careful with Larry because she doesn’t know what he’s been up to for the past few years, but Jill just wants Kay to BUTT OUT. Katherine sees the potential harm that this could do to Jill’s candidacy, and she continues to warn Jill, leading to many arguments. Their disagreements become more and more frequent, until finally Jill decides to buy an apartment. She does not tell Katherine because she still wants to own part of the CHancellor Mansion. But Larry and Jill continue their secret rendezvous. Patty/Paul/Nina Paul believes that he’s seen Patty around town, but he brushes it off as just his imagination. Soon however, he finds himself feeling as though someone is watching him. It is Patty, who is beginning to feel alienated from her family. She still loves Paul as her big brother, but her obsession with Jack has kicked into high gear. Patty finds herself straddling between sanity and insanity, until she learns that Jack has arranged for Fenmore’s to be closed and for Genevieve to have access to the entire boutique to try on any dress she’d like in private for their engagement party. Patty’s rage against Genevieve increases, until finally she explodes. Lauren, however, is there to assist Genevieve with trying on dresses, and she arranges for her babysitter to drop Fen off at the boutique as well. Patty, unaware that Fen and Lauren are in the boutique, sets fire store ablaze. Lauren and Fen are trapped in the office, and Genevieve tries to escape, but before she does, she realizes that she needs to try to help Lauren and Fen. Meanwhile, Patty quickly leaves and rushes away, but soon begins to unravel even more. She has an emotional breakdown again, and makes a detour to her mother’s house. (Mary Williams will be played by Michael Learned) Mary opens her front door to find Patty passed out on her doorstep. Phyllis/Nick/Sharon/Avery Doris is disgusted by Sharon’s life choices, but her marrying Victor has enraged her. She sits Sharon down and attempts an intervention with her. Though everyone seems to think the intervention will do Sharon good, the outcome seems to have worsened Sharon’s fragile and unstable condition. Finally, Sharon opens up about a deep dark secret from her past. She admits that she felt responsible for Cassie’s death, because she had abandoned her children on several occasions. Secretly, she used her Newman name to have Cassie shipped off to a rehabilitation clinic, where Cassie had remained unconscious but stable for the past five or six years. However, two years ago, Cassie was reported “missing” from the clinic, which has sent Sharon into upheaval. Phyllis instantly becomes worried when Nick learns the truth that Cassie could quite possibly be out there somewhere alive. Nick lashes out at Sharon for making him believe that their daughter was dead for all these years, but Sharon says she didn’t want to make Nick have any false hope about Cassie. Nick questions how all of these visions of Cassie could be possible, but Sharon admits that her guilt for keeping this entire thing a secret had been getting the best of her for quite some time. He and Sharon go on a quest to find their daughter, which makes Phyllis even more insecure. Nick reassures Phyllis that he loves her, but Nick’s words aren’t enough for Phyllis anymore. While Nick and Sharon are away, she packs her things and returns to her own apartment. January 19, 2012 at 8:23 pm #2097342 akbad806 243 Posts Stoney, I love your storyline ideas! Even better than the mess I wrote…. January 19, 2012 at 8:24 pm #2097338 stoney07 280 Posts Sharon and Nick arrive to the clinic where Cassie has secretly been held, and they begin to question some of the nurses and doctors, but no one seems to have answers. They devise a plan to find out more information, and Nick tells Sharon to distract one of the doctors while he searches the office. While in the office, Nick finds nothing, until on his way out, the office phone rings. WHen Nick doesn’t answer, the voicemail picks up, and a woman’s voice is heard. She is inquiring about any medications that could possibly keep “her daughter’s” memory from coming back. Nick is confused, until finally the woman thanks the doctor and tells him to give her a call back. Grace Turner, at a certain phone number. Nick is astonished, and his anger gets the best of him. He charges out and physically confronts the doctor, who denies knowledge of anything. Meanwhile, in Paris, France, Grace Turner-Neilsen is living in a lavish mansion. She is married to a very wealthy man. All seems right with her life. She has a beautiful “Daughter” who is enrolled at a local college, but her fears of the truth being discovered are beginning to get the best of her. After marrying her husband, he informed Grace that he was ready to start a family. The two had tried for quite a while, until finally Grace learned that she was unable to have a child. Soon, Grace learns from one of her friends about Cassie who is being held at a clinic. Grace finds out the truth, that Cassie is alive, and she arranges for Cassie to be transported to Paris. She wires the clinic a few million dollars, but once Grace’s friend learns what she has done, she threatens to tell her husband. Grace finds a way to make sure her friend’s mouth remains “Shut” permanently. Grace takes a page out of the Nick and Sharon relationship, and tells her husband that Cassie is her biological daughter from a previous high school relationship. It initially caused a rift between she and her husband, but much like Nick, Grace’s husband learned to love Cassie as his own. He paid for the best doctors to nurse Cassie back to health, but Grace has become nervous that after all these years, Cassie’s memory is returning. She has started to have visions of Genoa City and a “Pretty blonde woman” However, Grace has no idea that Nick and SHaron are now hot on her trail. Lauren/Michael Lauren is infuriated by Michael’s work schedule. She becomes even more suspicious when Jill tells Lauren that she saw Michael with a “beautiful client” at the Athletic Club. Michael’s new client is actually an ex girlfriend of his from his past, who is engrossed in an ugly divorce battle. She, along with Victor, have taken all of Michael’s time. Lauren has talked to Michael about his work schedule on several occasions, but nothing seems to be getting through to him. The fire at the boutique was the last straw for Lauren, because she attempted to contact Michael while they were at the hospital (Fen had a few minor problems with his breathing due to smoke inhalation), but she couldn’t get through to him. Furious, Lauren forces Michael to choose…either his career, or his family. Michael of course chooses his family, but things aren’t that easy. Michael’s work schedule eventually picks back up, and after he is hours late for Fen’s birthday party, Lauren announces to Michael that she wants to separate. Meanwhile, Jill once again catches Michael with this woman, and she hires Paul to investigate this mystery woman. Paul informs Jill that this woman is a woman from Michael’s past, and then he confronts Michael. Michael denies having any feelings for this woman, but Jill has other ideas.
