The still striking in her 50's Eileen Davidson (Ashley, The Young and the Restless) revealed some of her tips for maintaining her status as Genoa City's resident "beauty" to CBS Watch Magazine.
HOLD THE BEEF: With two stepsons (“Flea,” 16, and Duke, 17) and one son (Jesse, 6), I’m surrounded by meat eaters. I try to have a bite of steak here and there, but it doesn’t do it for me. I eat chicken and fish. I’ve become more aware of what I eat. For protein, sometimes I’ll have a shake made with fresh fruit and Isagenix powder (isagenix.com). lt’s a meal-replacement drink you have in the morning or at night. It helps me keep my weight at a certain place

We soap lovers can be as scathing as the most hardcore sports fan when it seems our favorite daytime players are asleep on the bench or the writing team is making bad plays. Though I find myself cursing at my TV for some of the recent shenanigans on The Young and the Restless, it’s a reason why I still tune in, and the good must be acknowledged.
