Will Jacob Young Return to All My Children After "Bold" Stint is Over?

Jacob Young  may have spilled a little bit too much tea, while making an appearance at the first night of the Tribute To Pine Valley, on Oct. 25. Young, along with his All My Children co-stars Cameron Mathison (Ryan), Darrnell Williams (Jesse), Michael E. Knight (Tad), Vincent Irizarry (David) and Walt Willey (Jackson) kicked off the event at Town Hall in New York . According to Soap Opera Digest, Young informed the fans his contract at The Bold and the Beautiful is a short one, and he's cool with returning to Pine Valley, once it starts up at Prospect Park. Young said:

Let's see what these Prospect Park guys can bring to the table.

First Impressions: Jacob Young Returns as Rick Forrester on B&B

After a fantastic final week on All My Children as JR Chandler, what are your First Impressions of Jacob Young’s return to The Bold and the Beautiful as Rick Forrester?

Brad Bell Dishes What Brings Rick Back to Town on Bold and Beautiful

What exactly will Rick Forrester (Jacob Young) be doing now that he's returned home? The Bold and the Beautiful's Bradley Bell gives the 411 to TV Guide's  Michael Logan.

Rick will eventually team with brother Thorne (Winsor Harmon) in a vicious battle with Ridge (Ronn Moss) over control of Forrester Creations. And that'll force Rick's mom and Ridge's lady love, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), to choose sides. Says Bell: "Ridge will become more drunk with power and driven by ego and that really pisses off Rick."

Let the games begin! To find out if Rick will mix things up with ex-wife Amber (Adrienne Frantz) and what potentially Emmy worthy storyline Susan Flannery has coming next click here!

All My Children Says Goodbye to ABC With a Bang!

My old journalism professor always said to wait 24 hours before you write about something you feel passionate about. Well, forget that. In 1996 when he was teaching me those lessons, the Internet was just a place where you looked up pictures of your fave celebs naked, and/or chatted on ICQ. Today is a new day and I want to share my thoughts on All My Children's breathtaking finale while I'm still reeling from the excitement of it all.

In a word, I thought the finale was wonderful, simply wonderful. After decades of seeing soap operas limp to the finish line in their final weeks, All My Children gave us some of the best episodes we've seen in years during the past month. While, I wasn't a big fan of the umbrella story that got us here (David Hayward bringing back several characters from the dead),  boy-oh-boy did those beloved characters shine, as this soap headed for the cliff, where executive producer Julie Hanan Caruthers (Someone I don't praise often!), Agnes Nixon and Lorraine Broderick expertly perched it, in hopes that fans will follow the soap online when Prospect Park hopefully debuts it this January. All My Children's Leading Men to Do Cooking Segments on The Talk Same Week The Chew Premieres in Their Timeslot?!

I wonder why Les Moonves and Brian Frons don't just whip out their wee-diddles and measure 'em? It would certainly make more sense than all the head scratching moves that have taken place on the CBS and ABC Daytime lineups in recent years.

According to EW.com, All My Children leading men Michael E. Knight, Ricky Paull Goldin and Jacob Young will be appearing on The Talk the week of Sept. 26 as part of an "All My Meals" segment. The gents will discuss what Pine Valley meant to them, while cooking and carrying on with the ever-revolving cast of The Talk. No, this isn't one of my spoof posts, according to EW it's the real deal!
