He may not play a very gracious character on TV, but Peter Bergman is downright neighborly in real-life! The Young and the Restless lead spoke with Zap2it's Jay Bobbin about his former soap stomping grounds, All My Children (Bergman played Dr. Cliff Warner on AMC for a decade!) returning via the web, as well as sister sudser One Life to Live. Said Bergman:

 "There's not a person working in daytime television today who isn't cheering on every one of those people on 'All My Children' and 'One Life to Live.' We're hoping they are a giant success."

Whaddya know? The Ghost of John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) is actually capable of being kind and supportive to his son "Jackie" (Peter Bergman) on The Young and the Restless! On today's episode of Y&R, Ghost John is there to greet Jack when he returns to Jabot.

Jack (Peter Bergman) told Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Adam (Michael Muhney) he planned to call Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and confess for the hooker’s death. Adam and Phyllis tried to convince Jack that Victor (Eric Braeden) didn’t know the truth. Jack said Victor wouldn’t have to tell the police; he’d just have to spread rumors. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) took Victor (Eric Braeden) to task for his plan to use Jack’s (Peter Bergman) addiction to regain control of Newman Enterprises.

Later, Adam (Michael Muhney) found Victor and revealed to his dear old daddy what had happened with the dead prostitute. Adam and Victor quickly started conspiring against Jack, or at least that’s what Adam wanted Victor to think. Adam said he can’t afford a scandal as CEO.
