Emily: Dr. P tries her best to get Paul to realize she's not his psycho sister Patty. When Emily attempts to get him to perform a DNA test, he shuts her down. Paul thinks "Patty" has lost her grip on reality and is still trying to pass herself off as Emily. Em tries not to blow her stack with him since she will wind up wearing a straitjacket. Meanwhile, Paul heads to court to ask for "Emily" to be taken off "Patty's" case. When Patty finds out, she starts to freak a little since she won't be able to keep tabs on Emily. Later, Patty goes by the mental hospital and drugs Em.

Billy and Jack wonder if their sister's starting to crack up again and are fueled further when she recalls Faith's delivery. Ashley relays the night she "gave birth," but her tale has key pieces missing. As she's telling her story, Ashley realizes she can remember being unconscious and coming to, but not being in labor. Meanwhile, Phyllis, Nick and Sharon swing by Ash's to visit with Faith where she's still firm on Faith being her child and not her former stepson's.

Paul/Lauren: The gumshoe heads to Jimmy's to get wasted because of Patty's prognosis. Lauren arrives and is high as a kite after Daisy drugs her water with Ecstasy. She comforts her ex and gives him an innocent kiss. Unfortunately for the two, Daisy takes a picture of the kiss. The following day, Lauren feels the aftereffects of the drug and starts to put the pieces together of the night she had with Paul. She's confused about the entire situation since she's married to Michael and only views Paul as a dear friend. Lauren meets up with Paul where they hash things out and they agree mum's the word on what happened at Jimmy's, not realizing Daisy's got it all on camera. READ MORE

Adam/Sharon/Nick: Nick visits Sharon while Adam is mysteriously out. Nick tries to convince Sharon that Adam is a lying snake by presenting her with Skye's diary. Sharon once again tells Nick she has faith in her man and isn't trying to hear what her ex has to say. In Sharon's mind everyone is being judgemental towards Adam because of his past. She also knows Nick is being driven by Phyllis and she doesn't believe anything Big Red has to say regarding her man. Nick implores Sharon to read the diary. She refuses. Nick decides to take matters into his own hands and starts reading it out loud. Sharon tries to drown out what Nick is saying, but she starts to listen when he reads a few paragraphs and Adam's lies hit her like a ton of bricks. Sharon finds out via Skye's diary Adam knew all about Dr. Taylor molesting his patients. Sharon is crushed by the lies Adam has told her since she thought he would be different from her former husbands. READ MORE

Later, Kevin runs into Ryder and lets him know if he's harmed Jana in any way he'll have him rubbed out. Ryder does an about face and tells Kevin he wants to help locate Jana.
