15 Soap Opera Moms Who Didn’t Deserve Anything For Mother’s Day

No. 15: Dr. Liesl Obrecht, General Hospital

With a mother like Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) on General Hospital, can Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) really be blamed for turning out so screwed up? Dr. Obrecht loves only one person more than herself — Faison (Anders Hove), whom she frets over not providing with a son.

The nutty, international criminal-turned-hospital chief of staff did manage to give someone a male heir. We wonder if Detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) knows what he's in for, having a mutter like Obrecht?

Kerry Washington on Scandal’s Season 3 Finale: “A Definite Game-Changer”

Election Day madness is upon us tonight on the season finale of ABC's Scandal. Last episode, Cyrus (Jeff Perry) learned Sally Langston (Kate Burton), Leo (Paul Adelstein) and Andrew (Jon Tenney), are all at a funeral. Did I forget to mention a ticking bomb is the guest of honor, courtesy of Maya (Khandi Alexander)?

What exactly can "Gladiators" expect when the bomb goes off? Olivia Pope herself, Kerry Washington, dished to The Hollywood Reporter. Here's an excerpt:
THR: Sally, Andrew, Leo and more are all at the senator's funeral. How deadly can we expect the explosion to be and how will it impact the election?

Washington: The explosion has huge impact on the election, but I can't say more than that. It's a definite game-changer.

Who Is The Mole on ABC’s Scandal?

Scandal, arguably the hottest show on television right now, has me on the edge of my seat. From the torrid yet heartfelt love affair between President Fitzgerald Grant III (Tony Goldwyn) and Washington DC’s Top Fixer Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) to the craziness that walks into Olivia Pope and Associates, this show has everything. Currently, a mole is leaking information out of The White House and posing a serious threat to the United States Government. However, who’s the culprit? On a show with such dastardly grey characters as Scandal, it could be anyone. Here’s a list and breakdown of my top suspects.
